Worst. Website. Ever. We have liked our trailer and except for the opener springs and top bungees it's held up well. But trying to find any service or order parts on the Chalet Inc. website is a frustrating exercise in futility.

We bought a secondhand Chalet Arrowhead and love it for our family (two adults, two young children). We picked it because it is so simple to set up even for just one person, it is light enough to me maneuvered by hand and towed by our small SUV, and can be stored in our standard sized garage. The A-wall design makes it feel roomy and the hard sides make it warm and secure. It’s the perfect design!We used it more than we thought we would, so we decided to make some upgrades. Since we live just a couple hours away, we brought it back to Chalet to have the installation done. Our experience dealing directly with Chalet was great. We are very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and had a great customer service experience. Thank you Chalet!

I bought a secondhand Chalet Arrowhead and my family LOVES it! It is easy to setup even for just a single person, it is light enough to be towed by our small SUV, and it fits into our garage for easy storage. On top of that, it feels roomy and comfortable when setup due to the tall A-walls and stays warm with the hard sides. My family enjoyed and used it so much that we brought it back to Chalet to have some parts upgraded. They completed the service exceptionally well and we were very happy with their workmanship and customer support. It seems they have moved to a direct-to-consumer model, which I think will be good for customers. My past experiences with RV dealerships were sometimes less than pleasant, but my recent experience with Chalet was that they went above and beyond. We love our Chalet!

I wouldn't recommend because they refuse to communicate with me- I've called and left voicemails, emailed multiple times, and messaged on FB, but all communication has just disappeared into a void, and I'd already given them almost $200!

Purchased used XL 1935 and called Chalet RV for appointment to have them check out unit and make a repair. I found them to be very responsive, they scheduled appointment and had inspection with repairs done within three days. When picking up unit, they noticed I was missing a couple items which came with the unit when new and replaced them at no charge. This type of customer service is hard to find these days. Would definitely recommend their RV's and service department.

We have owned a Chalet Arrowhead Trail Boss trailer for 7 years and have slept over 300 nights in it. Here's a shot of our Chalet with the Milky Way overhead, taken at the Hart Mountain Antelope Refuge in SE Oregon.

Had been very interested in purchasing one of their A frame pop ups based on several positive online reviews. Emails to sales and customer services have gone unanswered. Same goes for a voice message left. I'm not gonna beg someone to sell me their product. Frankly, with the way they ignored a potential customer I doubt I want their product anyway. If they don't return calls to SELL a product, what is the likelihood they would return a call if you needed warranty SERVICE on one fo rather products? Bye, bye Chalet.
