I walk in to the store and the guy at the counter looks at me like he's annoyed I'm there. I ask for the part that I need he asked me if it's a completely different part, I say what do you mean, he says well there's a front and there's a back. I repeat myself that I want a specific part and he says ok ya we have that in stock. He goes and gets it. I get home to find out he sold me the wrong part. Over all I honestly would prefer any other auto store in town this is just 1 example if there bad service and unknowledgeable staff.

Parts counter: Now that it's Advanced Auto or something like that, I orders parts for pickup. I stood at the counter while one person was there helping somebody for 20 minutes. I saw guys pulling parts off the shelf, guys waking back and forth. It wasn't until a guy from the machine shop walked by and realized something wasn't right that I got help. Nobody else said a word. I won't go back unless I have a coupon or code to get parts at their cost. I won't be their revenue maker.

I delivered a block to the machine shop and never received a receipt or any thing that said I had been there. I thought about it and the fact I was told I would not be able to pick it up for two months. So I called when I got home to Salem Or. and it is not even the name that is on the outside of the building... it is some other company... I AM GOING TO PICK IT UP IN THE MORNING ! HOPE I don't get any trouble ...

I bought some expensive paint there that was defective, and they took it back and replaced it despite the fact that I had poured it into small resealable containers. I've shopped there a number of times, and they've always been very helpful but this time was above and beyond. I fully recommend this store to anyone.
