This is for the Geary store: Kaitlyn gave me the best customer service experience that I've had in years. I was leaving Boost, and despite this, Kaitlyn and her accounts executive Patrick worked for 2.5 days correcting Verizon's porting mistake. Kaitlyn quickly understood the issue and ramifications, and went into problem solving mode! She kept me updated on the progress, and stuck with it till the end. She is an absolute gem, and is an asset to Boost Mobile.

Drove from eugene to albany to find out that the store is closed but Google says You are open, Horrible i swear even when they open the girl in charge she calls her self the owner has Horrible cuatomer service. Invest in Training because even the so called owner cant even keep her story straight on why my Bill went up $12 She put insurance without my consent SMH.

I would never step foot in this place, why does it feel like the lady working there feels like we bother her when we come in. Super short answered and was so unprofessional. Management do something about this I'm thinking of switching to another carrier.

The Allegedly owner of this place is very rude. I came into activate my Cell Phone because when trying it online, it said I needed to go into a Location. I explained this to the Alleged owner at the counter. She Acted like I was bothering her by asking questions. Although she was rude in person, I got home, tried to log into my account and it still would not let me… so I ended up calling her back. She started raising her voice With a as a matter of fact, tone and speaking to me like I was a child saying, “like I’ve already told you”. I had her on speaker so the whole house heard this and was shocked. And they Thought I would act a fool. I told myself don’t lash out, but If this were 13 years ago, when I had nothing to lose things would’ve ended up very differently. She really needs to watch who she talks to like this because you never know what the person is very capable of doing.
I waited a while, then decided to call back to speak to a manager to discuss this, but she told me “she was the manager and the owner, and asked why did I block my number”. Obviously because it’s a different phone number and I don’t want you to have it. Apology no, I’m sorry for the miscommunication. Nothing just more attitude!
I ended up calling Boost Mobile and they fixed the problem for me! I was able to log into my account on my own, with the right verifications and identity that should’ve been put on my account in the first place.
The funniest mistakes that was made, she spelled my name completely wrong, which is super funny and says a lot because, I wrote it on a paper for her. I will never come to this store again. I don’t believe any of these reviews because just a little ago, it was only 2 1/2 stars but if the reviews are real, then she purposely felt the need to attack me…. and wanted me to act just as Ignorant also I believe that I was charged for a sims card that I didn't need.
It was a Spanish guy in there that was always kind of respectful. My advice is to read the Negative reviews because it tells a lot.

The lady behind the counter was polite but I felt like she was disgusted that someone had even come in. She didn't seem to care about my needs, and made me feel very uncomfortable. She sold me a stylus and a case that didn't fit the phone, and failed to tell me that insurance was available. She also didn't explain plan options.

Kaitlan in store was amazing! I wanted the new Razr Prime, but she talked me into the Razr itself. Best phone I’ve ever had. She really knows her stuff, and is SUPER nice too!

Worst experience. Would not recommend this store to an enemy. The store owner was very rude and condescending. She yelled and called me a dumbass across the store in front of customers. In my opinion she's racist.

I can't appreciate Kait enough. I recently went thru a very stressful situation, lost my phone in the process. Kait was very patient with me and had the knowledge with the new phone to help protect my info. I am so grateful for her. I didn't mind driving the 80 miles round trip! Fantastic customer service!I'd love to see her offered her own store!

Had a great experience! I'm not real technically advanced so when I dropped my phone in the toilet I knew I was doomed! Went in and Kaitlyn got me hooked up and took the time to help me set everything up and transfer my important stuff over! What great knowledge and excellent customer service!! I will absolutely be back!! Thank you girl you are a lifesaver!!!!
