Battery was dead could only be jumpstarted. Service was great. Pricing lower than the other local business’s around. Slight issue w/ POS but they resolved the issue the same day no problem.

The battery exchange in Albany Oregon is long as they are able to and have the product to do it they are very efficient and the main guy there been there forever is outstanding

I went to Advanced Auto Parts first (3 times), and they could never figure out why my car kept dying. Within seconds, the team at Battery X-Change noticed that whoever put in my new battery at Advanced Auto barely even screwed it on! Of course it wasn't going to hold a charge! They fixed the problem for free and were very efficient, communicative, and personable.

Experience could not have been any better. They offered to test and charge my battery and pressure me at all to buy a new one. Gave me a great deal on a 7-year warranty battery. Will return next time I need one.

Hands down the best, quickest service. And the cheapest place in town for my car battery. They were kind from the moment I called and through the entire exchange. I live in Salem but will drive to Albany if in need again. 5 stars plus!
