The prices are a joke and the birthday “surprise “ is a joke as well. It’s basically buy one get one free. And if it’s for your birthday, most places don’t make you buy something to get your birthday reward ? like the whole store has bogos of buy one get one all year so they really rip you off with that one. And on top of it, ONCE you buy something, your free item can only be a certain size. It can’t be just a pick of anything you want. Do better.

Bath & Body Works is a highly aromatic store with an amazing selection of lotions, perfumes, body sprays, shower gel, candles, little gifts, and much more! I do wish that some of their products worked better. I haven't had a good experience with their Wallflowers or candles for some time now. Otherwise, I love their other products. I highly recommend the creamy moisturizing body wash. It is amazing! I usually only shop during their sales. The semi-annual sales make their products very affordable. I love going into this location as it is rarely busy when I visit. The staff is always so friendly and helpful!

The ladies in the front were lovely and helpful but when I got the checkout a man just walked away from me. The other cashier asked what happened and he just waved his hand and walked away. Hope he’s ok but why me? All the other staff was wonderful. I’ll be back but I hope we figured out what happened.

Albany Oregon B&BWs is located inside the Heritage Mall. I really like the arrangement inside store and Heather (store Mgr) is amazing plus very knowledgeable regarding the products.
