“All I can say is WOW! I was referred to this shop by a friend that is very particular with his stuff. Mark and his team did an amazing job on my 2022 Yukon Denali that was hit in a parking lot. I’ve had many cars fixed at shops all over the Valley during my life, never once, until now have I ever been satisfied. You could never tell this thing was damaged. Family run and operated shop that obviously knows what they are doing. A+ ?Services: Body & Trim”

“The short story is this: Go to McClinton’s, they are honest, efficient and do quality work! Here are some details: We were involved in an accident that did severe damage to a really new high value vehicle. There was a lot of room for repairs vs a total. The manufacturer had stopped making the model so I was very interested in repairing it but not unless it was done with OEM parts and the best craftsmanship. I am an engineer and picky about workmanship, so I did a lot of research as to the best shops in the Northwest. I talked to a lot of people I know and people they knew, ended up picking three and visited all of them. One turned me down as the damage was severe, the other I did not feel comfortable with. I stopped by McClinton’s on a weekend and talked with their crew. Their shop was clean and professional. I stopped by again on Monday and talked with Tyler. He was confident from the start that they could handle the repairs. During the whole project, he was absolutely one of the best communicators I have ever worked with. He gave me all of the information I needed which was very detailed, along with progress pictures and notes along the way. The owner even personally inspected the work and made sure it was done right. The whole crew is first rate! The vehicle was sent to Lassen Toyota for the mechanical repairs needed and McClinton’s kept a close eye on the work that was being done there as well. Lassen did a great job too and even called me in to review the damage and repairs that were planned. They took my concerns seriously. The vehicle is now repaired and good as new and there were no compromises. As long as they are open, this is the only place I will go. Thank you very much!”

“Last week I purchased a new Kona from Hyundai of Albany. The staff was outstanding. From Kyle, the young salesman, to Lilly, sales manager, to Anthony, the finance guy, we were treated with respect and patience (we're old and are a little slow). I feel that we have friends in Albany! And the car is a dream to drive.”

“Bought a set of beadlock rings over a year ago. Shipping took a couple weeks but that’s expected. Took a little time to install but not difficult as long as you know how to weld. Well worth the investment. I’ve had my tires consistently down to 2psi with these and have yet to pop a bead. I’ve also had a valve core fail to seat causing the tire to deflate entirely on trail and was still able to just air it back up. No complaints at all with TMI products”

“Over the last 9 yrs, we purchased two horse trailers from Double J in Albany. We always appreciated the great help, the quality trailers they carry and their commitment to great service after the purchase.Last year we did have a problem there, but the story has a happy ending;we took our living quarter trailer in to have a few things taken care of and were upset when camping to discover important things had not actually been fixed. Ron was not working there at the time and apparently service had gone downhill. Ron is there again and my husband talked with him recently about the situation and Ron went way over and beyond to rectify the problems and even at no charge. We appreciate his integrity and all of his efforts to make sure we are happy customers and they will continue to be our go to trailer place and the place we recommend to others.Thank you, Double J!!”

“Had a long windshield crack. Wanted to try to stabilize it, but one of the people knew that none of the adhesives would help unless the crack got properly drilled. He's probably right-- and saved me some money. 5 stars for the good recommendation, even though it lost them money.”

“Best experience I've had.Joe and Steve took great care of my 1965 Mustang. The service was great. I had a thorough consultation on work to be done, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word, it was done in the time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. I am highly recommending Albany Auto Paint & Detail.
Thanks a lot Joe & Steve. You are Amazing!”

“I live in Corvallis, and was broken down in Florence, needing a motorcycle tow. Dan was respectful and honest about costs, and gave me several different thoughts on how I might get home is a less costly way. He even called me back to check on me a couple times, and offered a few more suggestions. Ultimately I didn't need a tow, but if I ever do, Hwy 34 towing will get my business, since Dan helped me figure out of a difficult situation -- at no cost to me, and no earnings for him, except my respect and gratitude.”

“I bought some expensive paint there that was defective, and they took it back and replaced it despite the fact that I had poured it into small resealable containers. I've shopped there a number of times, and they've always been very helpful but this time was above and beyond. I fully recommend this store to anyone.”

“I am a Radio Technician for a Fortune 500 company, we were having problems with "cheap" LED lights making our 2 way radios unusable. I found this vendor and personally tested their lights for radio interference for C.B., UHF, VHF, and Low band 30-50 Mhz, and found none of these lights generated and measurable interference on these bands. Used a spectrum analyzer and the actual radios as a fall back. Even the highest output light bar produced negligible RFI. The simple explanation is cheaper light systems use a lower cost and much higher radio noise producing DC to DC converter.”

“I bought my RAV4 here in 2016. All service has been completed Ina timely manner. I took my vehicle in for a brake inspection and they found a serious axle malfunction from a collision a year ago. The insurance repair shop replaced everything EXCEPT the axle. The repair would have been completed quickly, but I chose to deal with insurance to pick up the cost. Since the ti e was taking more than expected, the dealership comped a Prius for the weekend. The repair was completed by the end of day and they could have just called the next day, but they stayed 20 minutes late so I could pick up my vehicle. Thank you.”
