The service I received was good once I was seen. They were over 40 minutes late taking me in for my appointment and didn't inform me of any possible delays.

I really liked this place, the dentist was very open about the work I needed done. When I respectfully declined top dentures and wanted to save my top teeth. He is willing to work with me. I'm very pleased.

The dental treatment was good. However on the business side of things was bad. This is the only dentistry that makes you pay in advance for your treatment. I went ahead and cancelled my appointment because I wanted to go with a dentistry that accepted OHP. It took about 3 months to get my refund due to them having "technical difficulties". That was the excuse that I was given for the 4 times I went in to get my refund within those months. I got tired of being yanked and so I sent my bank to do the work. I would never recommend this dentistry to anyone. They are not worth your time or patience. Shout out to OSU credit union!

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Super nice staff, very informative, and non-judgmental. They talked me through all of my charges after reaching out to my insurance. All around good vibes.

I am having a great experience so far as they are able to accommodate my emergency tooth pain and give me more options to think about down the road. For now they will take care of my bad tooth ASAP and welcomed me on as a new patient??THANK YOU

We called in to make an urgent appointment and were advised we could do an emergency walk in but there was no guarantee of being seen and it could be a long wait, we agreed but made an appointment for the following Monday in case we couldn't be seen on the walk in. They said this was fine. I live 30 minutes away and have a very busy schedule and couldn't make the Friday walk in but still had confirmation of the appointment on Monday, so Monday I came in. They told me I was not on the schedule but that I could wait as a walk in but again no guarantee on time or being seen. It's outrageous that you can make an appointment and not be seen, my tooth is causing extreme pain and it's unacceptable for "professionals" to operate this way. Despite my severe pain and inconvenience to my schedule, on matter of principle I will not be doing business with Aspen, and to everyone I know I will be telling them about my experience with them. I do NOT recommend this company. They obviously have plenty of patients and customers to choose from as the patient is not their priority and it's very obvious.

Switched to Aspen as a in-network provider. Came in at 6mo since last needing a cleaning. Immediately noticed how busy the office was. Technician asked what I was there for, then promptly taken through the set of x-rays. Then placed in a chair waiting for hygienist. As I looked around the equipment looked well used 10yrs old. Went thru examination process then hygienist left. I asked "so I won't be getting a cleaning today" replied "No." The Dentist came in for inspection recommended care techniques and said the schedule was full only having the one hygienist. Was then taken to billing, and scheduler. Earliest appointment for a cleaning was three months out. Disappointed, I now understood why everyone was in such a hurry. I am used to my prior dentists office with x ray's, examination cleaning and repairs handled in the chair with no delays. Latest & greatest technology. If there is such a thing, I truly miss my prior dentist. Glad my in-network out pocket cost was $0. Not sure today, I may not keep my cleaning appointment.

Went to Aspen Dental because I have a tooth that is broken and I have been in pain for a year since last Easter ?...another Dental place has been backed up and hasn't been able to get me in to pull the tooth...well I got a appt right away and since my tooth is infected I'm on antibiotics for a week and my tooth will be pulled next week...can't wait for it to be gone...bye bye tooth

One of the best offices I have received care in. My situation was an emergency and they handled it with excellent care and kindness. Both doctors made me feel safe and aware of everything to be done. I have never had an abscess tooth before and I hope I never have one again. I could not have gotten through it without pain meds and antibiotics. I will say I honestly needed 3 more days of pain meds however I had Tylenol and Aleve but they weren't much help. I also used CBD and THC products that did help. I cannot more highly recommend this office for your dental care. I was visiting from out of town and had no idea how much I was going to need a miracle that day.Thanks to everyone involved in my care.
