Be very careful buying and returning lottery here. I’ve caught them trying to sneak away tickets. When questioned they will argue. Check your receipts and app.

Store phone number don't work. As in don't ring at all goes to voicemail which isn't set up so you can't even attempt to leave one. Kinda sad when your trying to get a hold of a manager. This isn't the only location in Albany that's like this
