Started leaking something on Friday afternoon of an August weekend - we thought our vacay was done. Called Jordan and they told us to come in and they would look at it Monday. Got there and Jordan sweet talked Brandon for us (after hearing our sob story) and they pulled us out of the water right away and had us fixed and some extra maintenance suggested and accepted and back in the water by mid afternoon! Friendly, hospitable, kind and efficient. If we lived closer we would make this our home marina! Totally above and beyond all expectations. We are now back on the water and can totally enjoy the rest of our holiday. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! (And our pup got to enjoy playing with the three marina dogs too! - she will sleep well tonight)

We had a problem on our grand Banks 36 and ended up staying in Peterborough for a week and had another mechanic on board and didn’t fix it. Finally we got Jason and the owner of the marina and they came down. These guys were magnificent. It was not a major problem, but it was a very, very hard problem to track down and they were not about to quit until they got it straightened out. I could not recommend them higher. Across-the-board, they were professionals.

We recently purchased a Seadoo lift from Young's Point Marina, for our cottage in Bancroft. When we had a problem with it on the Saturday of the long weekend we called Jason and they were there the next day to fix it. The staff is friendly, hard working and stand behind their work. Absolutley the BEST !!My experience of restoring a 1963 Crestliner in 2021-22 was an experience worth recording. First thanks go to Ron Stevenson, ' 'Mr Motor ', the Pope of vintage outboards, for restoring a 1959 Envinrude Big Twin 35 HP that I picked up in March 2021. My story then took a very bad turn when I put my trust in a marina nearby to my cottage- Rosedale Marina, Rosedale , ON > Gord at Rosedale continued the restoration process of installing new controls, and period accessories that I sourced . In short Rosedale Marina was a nightmare of shoddy workmanship, breathtaking arrogance, impatience and short tempers . As their owner/manager Juanita summed it up when I finally expressed these concerns- " well i dont have the time to make all of my customers happy " .Following a 5 month process of broken promises (I was the first throught their door in April '21) and through the blessing of Ron Stevenson, I was referred to Jason Paris at Youngs Point Marina, in August '21.When first talking to Jason you are aware that you are dealing with a gentleman of fine service and dedication. Upon entering his Marina you are aware of a clean, courteous team set in a organized and beautiful setting . In short Jason took over the poor workmanship and sour interpersonal skills of Rosedale Marina and dealt with me on a honest, straightforward and patient manner. Jasons team ultimately rewired and re-installed the fuse panel, installed a new push pull steering system, did not give up when re-installing the original Crestliner steering wheel which Rosedale Marina said was impossible and facilitated some minor motor tweaking through an ongoing cooperative discussion with myself and Ron Stevenson. I was so happy with the results, the customer service and the dedicated follow up by Jason that I was more than happy to make the one hour drive to north of Lakefield in November '21 to have my boat stored at Youngs Point for the winter.Thank you to Jason and your team . You are A-1 ! Fantastic !!PS My only worry now is that the word will get out about how great you are and you will soon have to franchise !Thanks guys !!Kent Ford, Toronto

Purchased Naylor Hydraulic lift from them, the purchase, picking date for install, and the installation all went perfect. Honest, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend their services. Great bunch of guys. Thanks to Jason, Jordan and their team. Well done.

If you are up for a nice and calm place for outside party, fishing and some relaxing time with your family, this is a must place during summer. The parking is only 2 dollars. There is a shop close to it where u can buy ice cream, and other home products, souvenirs.A must recommended place.
