I have been a customer for at least 10 years, I like that this laundry has big dryers, your clothes dry in a few minutes as I do a lot of laundry very often, the staff are polite and I can see they work so hard all the time. Unfortunately, i had noticed lately that some of the people coming to do laundry there don’t have the best behaviour when it comes to “ first come first serve” and some of them can get so rude to others when they don’t want to share the carts or let those who came first to use the dryers. Today I came like 11:00 am and after when I came to put my clothes in a dryer i felt really harassed and not protected in this public laundry. A man and his girlfriend who came way after myself wanted to use all the dryers without respecting anyone else. I waited for almost half hour in front of three of the dryers that have already stopped but the staff didn’t come to empty them. Then the staff came and just gave the machine to a women that was talking to her and I said to the staff “I have been waiting for these dryers for more than twenty minutes”. Then the staff said “I ll empty my second one” and I said “I need one more please”, the staff emptied another dryer and then the same women just took the dryer without even respecting that I was there waiting for it for the longest time. Then I suggested to the staff that the “first come first serve” rule should be put in place. Then this man, I assume the boyfriend of the women just showed up out of the blue and started taking the few dryers left in front of me, like no one else had the right to use them but themselves. I questioned him “are you using this dryer too?”, he ignored me first and after he started harassing me by saying that I was disrespectful, that I was low class, that he was going to call the police on me because I was harassing him. He turned the situation around and he kept going and going and disrespecting me. I think that a public service has to have regulations and a system lead by staff. Customers should be free of harassment or intimidation. Staff should be properly trained to avoid aggressive behaviour in their premises so customers can feel comfortable using their services. People around me noticed that this man was very disrespectful and aggressive and I reported it to the staff but she said that she doesn’t get involved. If you don’t supervise what is happening in your own business that means that your customers are very vulnerable and they are not safe in your premises.

I've been going to this laundromat for about 7yrs now, and from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The staff of women there are amazing - especially a lady named Julie.I really love the newer machines in the front; they are fast and do a great job getting the loads cleaned.I do wish they had more larger dryers, those get occupied the fastest. Other than that, great place and amazing people!!Check them out if you live near, or around the Dundas St W and Scarlett Ave area.

It's been several years since I've been to ANY laundromat, but I'm here on vacation and needed some clothes freshened up. Prices on the washers are very reasonable, with a variety of sizes from small loads to extra-large. Dryer worked very well and clothes were dry well before I expected them to be done. It's great that they also have parking available off-street. Definitely swayed me here over other options. It was clean, quiet, and staff were available should they be needed. If I had to pick one thing to gripe about, it would be great if the machines also took toonies - or if one of the change machines would take toonies and give you either loonies or quarters for it. That's the worst I have to say.

Pretty good location it is clean and the people are nice. Sometimes you might have an issue with a washer or dryer but they do make it right. Would recommend

This place is great! The washing machines do a great job and the dryers too. There are some that are regularly out of service but they have gotten some new ones lately too. The staff is amazing and keep the place well maintained. They have third party dry cleaning and do laundry service there themselves by weight. the car wash is good too, although the vacuums sometimes don't take every loonier, might have to try a few different ones. Staff will easily switch out a loonie. Haven't used the dog wash. But it's locked and need staff from laundry mart to open.

Excellent laundromat with friendly and competent staff. Prices are reasonable and laundry is always ready when they say it will be. I have been coming here for years and will continue coming as long as I live in the area.i sometimes wonder how much longer they will be around given how valuable their property is. Cant comment on the dog wash.

Stolen laundry isn't good no matter how great your machines are and given I spend a lot to get there by uber or taxi from another neighbourhood, as well as your expensive machines, and the huge cost to replace things gone, I will divert my business to somewhere else.Response to owner - your cameras won't help me get my things back. Unless you are in your facility and actively monitoring both the people and the cameras while people are there and paying attention to the people in there and who is with who and who should be in a machine and shouldn't, you can have a million cameras but they won't help anyone. Try consulting with a theft prevention company

Beware:People steal from you here (right under your nose too) and the staff are too busy to watch or care.It costs a lot of money, time and effort to replace what was stolen and it will take a while to figure out every single item that was stolen.Had some bad experiences with coin machines and some washers taking coins in the summer. Check everything and watch everybody if you choose to go to this place. Looking back in the reviews it's an ongoing thing.
