I called at around noon and luckily they had 2 slots available for later in the day.This place is VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I called many other places and they all wanted to charge over $70 to change my tires that were on rims. This place is a lot cheaper than most.I could tell that the people working here were very honest, kind and hardworking. As a woman, I didn’t feel intimidated going into this shop. They were also super helpful from the moment I stepped into the store till the moment I left.They were also extremely fast. My appt was at 2:15 and it was done not even 15 minutes later which I really appreciate! Most places I have been to in the past made me wait close to an hour, some even over an hour.Amazing staff, fast turnaround time and reasonably priced. “I would like to appreciate the generosity of gentlemen on 2nd Dec for his genuine suggestions to save my 600 Bucks almost got looted by Mr.Lube guys. They asked nail on my tire is on side wall but you guys saved me even after argument. I drove back on my way to BayView Automative service and this guy was quick to identify and pull out the nail which was not made puncture at all.I would highly recommend these guys.”
“Came in with my car during one of their busiest times of the year, beginning of winter.. everyone under the sun wants their tires changed.. here I come with a clanking noise somewhere in the roof, initially thinking it was in my dash..These guys still took me in! Not only did they take the upmost care with taking my car apart (must have gone through 50 white gloves) they spent a full day making it their mission to figure out what was causing this noise and fixed it the point it brought me right back to the day I drove it off the Mazda lot back in ‘09.They also changed my tires, did a full inspection, oil change, and tightened some things in the front of the car’s underside.Finally a garage that cares about cars and does it right!Don’t think twice, bring your vehicle here, these guys will treat you like family and get you sorted out no matter what!These guys deserve TEN STARS!!!”
“Marc and his team go above and beyond with their service. Even when doing a simple oil change and tire swap they will take the time to ensure the brakes etc are good and point out work and maintenance that might need immediate attention to avoid more costly breakdowns later or let you know if it can wait.This is important because I recently had my winter tires swapped elsewhere at my neighbourhood shop for convenience and shortly after found the brakes noisy because were totally worn and almost unsafe plus front end worn so I will definitely take the time to go to Bloor West Auto for all jobs big or small to keep my family vehicles safe. “Sam helped us find a ridiculous pin hole on our right rear tire late on a Sunday. Most guys would have given up and said you probably need a new tire. When he found it he brought me over because I think he just wanted me to see... Even with a flashlight you couldn't see the hole but with soapy water a nice healthy bubble was showing signs of life. Extremely satisfied with him finding that pin hole tomorrow was big day for us and we both really needed a car... Thanks Sam much appreciated never in the area so probably won't see me again but glad we dropped in”
