This is my favourite Amazon return drop off location. You’re always greeted with a smile and they go out of their way to assist you with any return challenges. Just recently JOB made a very valid suggestion when the QR code wasn’t functioning and even printed a label for me. I was so appreciative.

The pharmacist (Job) was fantastic. He helped me with my situation with clarity and speed. He was very understanding and helpful, giving me solutions to my situation and following up after to make sure I was recovering properly.
The location is great and easy to find and the pharmacy was clean and organized well.
I would recommend this pharmacy and pharmacist Ayoub (Job) to all my friends and family.

I cannot believe my luck to have found this pharmacy. To say the customer service is excellent doesn't go far enough to truly capture the professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality that sets the staff at this pharmacy apart. They go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescriptions filled and your questions and concerns addressed. Every encounter with the good people at Smart Pharmacy improves the quality of my day in a small but consequential way. Highly recommended!

Mr. Ayoub is your go to Pharmacist guy! Always kind and very helpful through your needs. Amazing service and been truly my go to pharmacy since he opened a while ago. I do not go to any other pharmacies aside smart pharmacy.

Amazing pharmacy. If I lived in Toronto I would use this Pharmacy every-time. The pharmacist is such a kind gentleman! He offered us free bottled water on a hot day and even let my young son pick a free gatorade when there to get a prescription. I’m pretty sure he would have done this even if it wasn’t hot out because he is so sweet and welcoming.I also saw signs that they can prescribe some medications for simple things you would normally need to go to a walk in clinic for like allergies, UTI’s, pink eye, etc (see their website as i’m sure it’s on their or call them). They also have a partnership with Hopewood Addiction Treatment Clinic there so you can see a physician for that there.I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone in Toronto looking for a great pharmacy/pharmacist to go to.

Great pharmacists. Very friendly, very helpful and hard working. If you feel down and need someone to talk too just go to Smart Pharmacy, they are wonderful listeners. They go the extra mile for you. I’m so glad to have Smart Pharmacy and their staff around. God bless.?
