I have been trying for 8 months for Fabio to come good on his word.
I would not trust anything Fabio has to say because I’m sure that everything coming out of his mouth is a Lie. If he gives you his word nothing comes of it, if he says I’m going to definitely help you out Lie and then ghost you. I have caught him in multiple lies. My second time ever talking to him I caught him lying and he blamed his single mom secretary and I don’t know if he even has a secretary.

Went to this place after viewing the reviews in 2022 Apr to get my classic car painted with some body work. Fabio promised me 3 months to get the job done but this has been going on so long. The auto shop went from Rival Auto and changed to Simplicity dealer and now back to Rival having my car lying there hardly being worked on. My car sits there untouched most of the time, the last we had agreement to deliver the car in April 2024 but it’s still far to go. The paint was supposed to happen but this goes on delaying, giving one reason or the other. Now i want to get the car out as is paying for the work done so far as per the invoice. Even to get the car out I am having challenges as he does not respond to my message. My Honest review to be away from this place as there is no professionalism and the owner is completely dishonest. I have paid $1500 more than agreed to speed up things but waste of money. Now he is asking me another $1500 to buy the paints which was against the agreement put on paper. At one point was ok to buy the paints but he is not sending an invoice of the paints and wants me to transfer the money instead. I will not let them go easy unless they release my car with the damages caused ..It will be additional stress and time but not giving up. Be away from this place guys, not worth any business. If challenged will even post the conversations we had along with pictures of the car. Dont know how this place was before, I gave the car seeing the reviews but today i will not recommend but advice people to stay away.

I unfortunately had I minor collision, and was recommended here by my insurance company. The work done to my vehicle was done extremely well and I can’t even tell that it was in an accident. Customer service was also very exceptional and helped me with any questions I had.

Great work! Honest and friendly mechanics. Had a quote from a competitor that said I needed to replace the compressor and everything else to fix my AC. Simplicity Car Care York said my compressor was fine and fixed my AC for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend!

My uncle took his vehicle to be repaired from a minor accident, three weeks ago and is still waiting! Not only that, they don't answer the phone or call back. My uncle is 88 years of age and needs his vehicle

We went to this repair shop after the accident, with the guidance of my insurance company. First I looked at the comments on Google maps and there were good comments. n 1 month after the check, they sent a price analysis to my insurance company. I called to make an appointment and we left messages multiple times. but there was no call back. We tried via e-mail but still no response. However, we were able to make an appointment by going to the repair shop. And after exactly 5 months, we were able to get results for a minor repair. This business is far from professional.

I had a great experience at Fabio's Simplicity Care Care. Fabio and his team fixed some rust work on my truck to make it look new in the agreed upon time at a very reasonable rate. 5/5 experience. I will recommend any friends looking for quality auto body work to go here.
