I am deeply troubled by the treatment my mother has received at this establishment. It is disheartening to witness her being subjected to harassment and disrespect from certain staff members, who have displayed blatant racist behavior. Despite our best efforts to address these issues with a supervisor; a man named "Jeff," there has been a shocking lack of concern or action taken. In fact, Jeff's most recent response was dismissive, stating, “Mike can say whatever he wants,” which essentially condones the unacceptable behavior of their employees and suggests that they can insult and demean customers without facing any repercussions.
On one occasion, when my mother approached "Mike" with a simple question, he responded with rudeness that was completely uncalled for. When she pointed out his disrespectful demeanor, his reply was equally dismissive: “you can think whatever you want.” This kind of attitude is not only unprofessional but also indicative of a toxic environment where staff feel empowered to mistreat customers without fear of accountability.
To make matters worse, Mike escalated the situation by following my mother around the store, laughing and pointing at her, reminiscent of a schoolyard bully. This behavior is not only humiliating but also deeply distressing, and it highlights a serious lack of respect and professionalism within the staff.
If I had the option to give this store a rating lower than one star, I would not hesitate to do so, as it truly does not even deserve half a star. The treatment my mother has endured is unacceptable, and it is imperative that this establishment reevaluates its staff training and customer service policies to ensure that no one else has to experience such appalling behavior.

I went to shopping today and their was an issue with my grocery amount . Even the cashier was confused why i was getting more charge on my account. She called another person, it was a guy and he checked for a while and started making excuses rather than correcting grocery mistakes. I was charged more because of system error. Very unprofessional staff. I am a regular customer of Superstore but now i would prefer other grocery store for shopping.Also the milk is always out of stock here.

I am not happy with the service of this store. They started a new coupon system where whenever you buy grocery above $20/-they will give you stickers and when you collect 20 stickers you will get a cooker for cheaper price. I went to buy grocery today and bought grocery $40/-and they denied giving stickers and they started making excuses . I don’t expect this kind of excuses for such a thing from this kind of big franchise. Just a fake marketing strategy ?

Hire new people, please ?. I've never had worst experiences shopping. Takes 30mins for someone to answer a page. Needed a ton of stuff for a Church Fundraiser and I was getting attitude the whole time. Why did minimum wage go up? Shop here and you'll understand why it should have been reduced. Useless workers that just pretend to work and just socialize. Customer Service should change their name to Customer Roulette because even when you ask for a specific item, you get what you get. Retrain everyone, at the very least.

This store has a good selection of food and some appliances. I haven’t been to this store for a few years and it has changed a lot. This place has a whole Lego section now. This is one of my childhood stores that I would go to and it’s doing great to this day with some friendly staff keep it up ?

What’s the point of having the help button on the shavers if the call doesn’t get answered? I had to ask two other associates for help (which didn’t come — despite calling overhead) til I had to call the store for help.
AND what’s the point of locking the shavers if no one on shift has the key? Your department manager came back to tell me twice that he didn’t have the key (not sure how this is helpful).
You have products on the floor that cost MORE than razors that aren’t locked away. HUGE waste of time.

They made a federal case about a "price match" on a product which was from a "no frill" store ( one of their own same banner store) saying that it has to much the picture shown on the flyer.

I called the store on Wednesday asking about the PC products satisfaction guarantee, the gentleman I spoke with, was very friendly, and told me I could bring back the items without a receipt to get the balance on a gift card. However, when I visited the store, I was told I was given the wrong information. I had called a day in advance and specifically asked, because the products were frozen, so I didn't want to bring them if I didn't have the go ahead. I explained that to the CSR but she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager, and when Steve L came out I had explained the situation and told him that I spoke with someone the day before. But unfortunately, he couldn't authorize the return. I then asked him to take down my name and number and have the employee that said yes to me, call me and explain. Upon writing my name down I asked Mr Steve LeBreton, if he was actually going to get some clarity for me or just going to throw the paper out when I leave. He looked at me and said "well, with attitude like that, that's exactly what I'm going to do! Unbelievable, that a store manager talked to me this way, I wasn't giving him attitude until he had made that action. I asked him for his name but refused to tell me his last name, and said "I don't need to provide you with that information " however it was listed on his name tag. I was very bothered after that, and was walking out of the store in a fit. My mom and I both walked out of the store. She wanted to buy lots of plants a least a few hundred dollars worth. But she said after that display I'll never shop here again. I couldn't have agreed more. Disgusting display of customer service. That person doesn't know how to do his job! You are in Guest Service Sir! Your job is to make the customer happy and if not, at least try de-escalation. This individual had me do angry on my way out. Nothing so super about this store! I'll stick to Fortinos!

Very organized, clean, staff very helpful, just a great ppl for ppl store, this store is GREAT GREAT, and I love to shop here, infinite parking,
