My terminal for cancelled after some issues with the risk protection company (fiser) and it was a huge headache in trying to get in contact with them. Henry went above and beyond in helping me and contacting risk protection for me and for my terminal up and running again in no time. Would definitely requesting for Henry if trying to set up an account!”

This is actually very sad to see how easy stories can be twisted! I usually don’t engage in these type of things, however as a client and witnessed all this in the branch, and this lady (mother) was very vocal about going to google, so I decided to come here and check with my own eyes to find the sad reality we live in! I witnessed this branch manager patiently asking questions and finding alternatives to help her adult daughter while she was simply not cooperating and being disrespectful and full of attitude! To add, I have been visiting this branch for several years and that manager is always with the most genuine and bright smile always helping everyone! Hope this helps the readers!”

I went today to change $20 to 4 fives, a lazy rep. after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour told me that she will not serve me because I`m not a customer!
(I spent thousands and thousands in this bank as I was a client for over 30 years!)
Now this is how they avoid doing their job!
Now I remembered why it was time for me to move on from lazy staff that make the good ones get painted by the same brush!”

“Today, my husband and I went in to this Bank of China to open an account. Before I went, I read the reviews and I was kind of hesitant; however we still went there because this bank is located right outside Peanut plaza and it's a very convenient location. “Find all of my experiences amazing. Even when frustrated, I find the staff willing to go above and beyond to help. Amalgamation was a nightmare due to my insurance company. NBCU staff worked with me tirelessly to get it resolved. They also handled my less than pleasant at times attitude with the utmost decorum and professionalism. Thank you always for your patience. “100/10 Customer Service Experience. Compared to the other CIBC branch near my house. My Mom and me got there 5mins early but the branch manager a blonde lady with glasses opened the door and let us in to warm. We had an appointment with Sherry Narang and it was the most easy, smoothest, understandable Request, Approval, Transaction process to take place. Sherry easily re explained everything we were asking for back to us, explained our options, and still respected our request compared to other branches that had my mom running around for years with her request. Very stressful times for hardworking Canadians and the least we need is bad customer service from our big Banks. Thank you again to the manager and Sherry for that! Deal with these people!!!”
