Like others have said. I’m assuming it was the owner, but I felt uncomfortable being in the store. Felt like just because I was browsing that I was an inconvenience. You’re not allowed to touch any product, you have to ask for help and you can’t see the prices without picking up most of the items, so not the best experience.
I won’t ever be back, that’s for sure. Was a waste of an hour walk on a nice day and an excuse to go pick up some supplements. Save the trip.

I have found his suggestions of products for issues Ive had to be very knowledgeable-and even brand vs brand and ultimately- were very helpful in solving my issues... since Dr's are not at all well versed in naturopath alternatives. He keeps abreast of the latest products that are effective, so I have trusted and have confidence in his recommendations and been more than pleased. Always check expiry dates.

The shop keeper is a little rude and not very helpful. There are very little products available. My question to him was interrupted and he obliged to converse with another customer. Prices are fair.

Horrible customer service. Was almost standoff-ish, like he was annoyed to answer my questions. Maybe they don’t know how to run a business, they certainly lost mine. Zero stars

Very bad service, the older man looked angry since I entered the store and when I left I thanked him because it was not what I was looking for and he didn't even answer me.

Horrible rude for no reason asked a simple question and the man said he cannot read if you don’t feel like helping me just say that the whole place was giving low vibration the old man has no business working there

Prices were good for the high quality of the products! there is a wide variety of products offered and the staff was very knowledgeable. Found all the vitamins and supplements I needed, would definitely recommend.

The staff in the store was quite rude when I asked for a specific brand. He showed a different brand which did not match the specifications I needed. I just needed BioQpp 20mg without any Coq10, I tried to explain that to him but he rudely said"I told you, I don't carry that brand".Personally, I don't care about the brand as long as it has the specifications that I need. Anyway, so disappointed wasted my time and energy going there..
