This is the third time I have dealt with Mid Toronto Auto Sales and I have never been disappointed! Richard and Jose took great care of me and my fiancé. From start of the process to the finish!! I purchased a certified 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in January 2024. 9 Months ago.
The air conditioning broke, which I thought was a normal thing to break on a vehicle.
When the mechanic put the car on the hoist, the underneath of the vehicle was all rusted, the oil pan, the frame around the engine, and the cooling and heatingwas leaking and rusted. My mechanic said this car should never have been certified.
We have spoken to the ministry of transportation and into regards to revoking the license of the mechanic who certified that vehicle. I was told it could take 2 to 3 years For that amount of rust to appear..
Frank, the manager of Midtown auto sales said too bad.
$22,000 for driving for nine months, and now I have to trash the vehicle.

Totally unbelievable! I wanted to test drive a vehicle with Jose Kapon on Thursday but he was not available, so we scheduled for Saturday. Today is Friday and I just got an email that the appointment for Saturday is cancelled as he sold the vehicle. I am appalled at this customer DIS-service!

There aren’t words to describe how amazing the staff was helping me get a new vehicle! Jose Kapon is such a kind, understanding and wonderful man who thoroughly informed me and did his very best to ensure I was approved to get the vehicle I wanted! Michael, the owner ensured everything was in place for me as they work with people with no credit or bad credit! I had no credit but they made it all possible for me. I’m so happy with my new 2015 Dodge journey. It’s used but feels brand spanking new and in such pristine condition! I would 100% recommend any and everyone to go to these guys to get your car needs. They have so many locations! 5 stars across the board! Thank you again Jose and Michael!
