Very bad experience at this LCBO Location with different staff . the staff is very rude and unprofessional and that was only part of the problem they very loud spoken so the whole store can hear everything we were discussing. They didn't even know what had happened the week prior and didn't even ask and already giving a bad attitude. Won't be returning to this location

I experienced very rude and unprofessional by one of the workers there. I asked her where I could find " FRUITY CIDER" like berries flavoured cider and she didn't even get bothered looking for it and saying "This is
"LCBO" selling beers and wines only!" I wondered skeptically and just found the one I was asking for by myself!! I felt rudeness with her behaviour so l mentioned firmly" You should know what this store carries " Meanwhile I was at the cashier to check out, she chased after me saying anxiously" Nah nah nah! U should've not said like that to me!" And she even pointed the finger at me!
Omg!! Can't believe that happened! I mean I am a professional worker as a manager at food service industry and the employee acts up like that to customer?
I even asked to a gentle man at the cash register about my accent was wrong or hard to understand? He replied he understood well! Top of that, she yelled at me " Don't come back to this store! I had to reply" I will come back here just for you!"
Unprofessional, rude, grumpy person ruined the reputation of this place!
I do understand service industry is pretty tough by dealing with lots of bad people!
Btw it's not even her business!! Saying don't come back here again doesn't work with me at all! I give 1star because a gentle man apologized me instead of her!
Hey!! u got personal problems!? Don’t bring them out to work! Be professional!

Superb service, friendly staff, it is a great Store. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly Security. They could go an extra mile for Seniors using a cane and help us more.

Today I had went into the LCBO and one of the older workers that was cashing me out said to me the next time you and those black boys steal from my store I'm not going to allow you to purchase anything. I can't believe the experience I got today, I asked for the manager because theirs no way a worker is going to be racist towards me a paying customer, because I am a black female. And they Refused to show me the cameras, or any proof of me but yet he wants to acuse me, I am in so much shock I can't believe that happened and the manager was no help at all I tried to see if I can contact Customer service but I couldn't get to talk to anyone. So they think every black person looks the same this is crazy. And if I stole from the store why would you still sell items to me or why didn't they call the police. These people are crazy this is the world we live in I can't go in the store as a black person and purchase items without racist workers.
