This store has contemporary products. Not enough staff, only 1 person. The cashier serves customers and at this time there is a queue in the fitting room due to the fact that only the cashier has the keys to the fitting room.

Purchased a Fedora hat online. Very nice style but was sized completely wrong. I tried returning hat to store and advised sales clerk hat was not sized properly. She advised she would not accept my return as final sale. I advised her no final sale notice when I ordered online. She refused to listen. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and how situation was handled. All tags were still on item and tried once with paper that came with purchase. I refuse to ever shop Joe Fresh again. I am stuck with a purchase I cannot use.

Hard to find …. It’s in Superstore…….., I was just lost ?…. Took half an hour to find this place … it was inside superstore …. No sign board outside… but I love this place always … nice and beautiful collection…. Just love ❤️ it

This was my first time purchasing from there very impressed & will be a returning customer the only thing i realized that they sell out fast buying on-line. Joe fresh is inside a section of the Real Canadian Superstore its a brand of clothing & a company name.There clothes... pricing, quality, style & colors are amazing they also carry plus sizes, they wash well.
