Bought a new patio set a few months ago and it is stunning. Excellent quality and the service at InsideOut was amazing. Great variety and selection to fit every budget. Highly recommend them for all your outdoor needs! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We used this store for a few key items….custom furniture covers, cushion upholstery, and a new outdoor umbrella. Nothing but positive experiences. Their communication was quick and professional. Staff in store were knowledgeable and took their time to speak with us. As well, items were finished in a timely manner. Will go here first next time we need anything for our outdoor spaces.

We purchased a $5000+ patio set just over a year ago and already have an issue with it. The product has a 5 year warranty so we contacted the company to have it services but receive an email from then that simply says "After careful evaluation, this is not covered under warranty." We've been trying for over 3 weeks to get an explanation as to why it is not covered under warranty but there are no response from the company.
The product we purchase was of subpar quality and customer service is the worst.

Didn't buy anything but when I'm calling to inquire about what you have in stock and then ask what is the price on the floor. I didn't think that was such an issue, but it must have been because the girl I was talking to just hung up on me???!!!! I'm guessing she figured I was just tire kicking.....not gonna get me into your stores to buy anything if you can't control your employees greed or whatever motivated here to hang up on me.

We are very disappointed. We ordered 36 weber sear smoker and 30inch weber griddle . On June 2nd . It's now the 21 st and they cannot provide date for delivery or tracking number . Manager was extremely unprofessional and very rude / ignorant .
We canceled order , refund will take 10 days. We paid over 2500 for this and they made interest of our money for a month plus . Do not shop here .

The online customer service team is exceptional! I sent an online message asking for help in sourcing dowels for outdoor furniture which is now discontinued. Regardless, Dee the service rep went out of the way to contact the supplier to source the parts. Although the part I needed could not be found, Dee followed up with me on a regular basis to let me know the status of my request. In this new era of AI service and generic responses, I applaud Dee for providing a personable , timely online service. Thank you Dee.

We purchased our outdoor teak patio set and couldn’t have been happier.The experience was respectful and the team responded to all of our questions and were patient. Bad experience, careful when buying online. I tried to pick up the shipment at the transport company warehouse since it was close to my job. I asked nicely to grant me access to my shipment. They refused which can happen and i understand, but then..without any notice canceled my order. I took a day off to receive it on friday and no one called me to at least let me know about the situation.Very poorly managed.From a 1000$ rebate bbq ,i end up losing 750 $ from a day at work and no bbq. If i can save you time and money with this post, at least you had the chance i didnt have.Good luck

Amazing experience buying outdoor furniture at InsideOut. Scottie and Nick were friendly, informative, no pressure and really helped us out. Their selection was amazing and prices were great.We showed up at 4:50 on a Sunday when they close at 5. Was suppose to be a quick look and out before 5, had no intent to buy. Scottie took time with us to make sure we were informed and happy to buy furniture we liked. Ended up buying everything we wanted and couldn't be happier.
