I'm being serious when I write, that all the positive reviews on here are probably from the business owners' friends and family.Everything I have given to be washed or altered, had been done badly on several occasions. I blame myself, because my life is so busy I just drop off my stuff hoping for the best. I kept promising myself that I wouldn't go back to give my business, but then every so often, I nievely would reconsider and tell myself "maybe this time will be different, and I don't have time to look for another place in the area"....Never again, I wasted hundreds of dollars here. I felt so bad for the lady working there, that even though she ruined my husband's suit (to the point that my husband and I were laughing and said we will keep it for Halloween) I didn't complain or ask for our money back.But I can't keep going there to get my clothes ruined just because she's a nice lady!I'm sorry to write this, but the economy and inflation are so bad right now we deserve to at least receive the services we pay for adequately, and handled professionally!Services: Alterations

I brought in 4 items to be hemmed and 1 item to be dry cleaned on Thursday June 9th 2022 and was told they would be done by (Amy) the counter person and or owner of Haire Bros Cleaners 10 days (Saturday June 18th 2022) to complete the task.I come on the Saturday June 18 to pick up the clothes I dropped off and Amy (owner) told me that she had a wedding to fix other dresses for and couldn't do the clothes that I had left to be completed. She said can you come Sunday the June 19 and she will work on all the items on that day. I said no I want them to be done properly and to take your time. I will pick up them Wednesday June 22nd. I call 6 pm Tuesday 21 June to ask how the job was coming along and Amy did not understand what I was talking about after extensive explanation in inquiring. Amy then said "the clothes were ready". I drove to the location of the store and I said I wanted to look at the hemming to see before I paid for it. It was very sloppy, with a sig sag pattern of sewing over straight line and loops of thread hanging on the inside of the two dresses in mentioned. Then I told Amy it was "sloppy work" and asked her if she understood and then Amy slammed her hand against the counter 6 times and yelled at me she has been in Canada for 20 years. I said again it was sloppy. She said it was all on camera and I said I did not do anything wrong other than say it was sloppy and she told me to get out screaming at me and getting very aggressive as I walked to the door. I paid $128.76 for hemmed outfits and one item dry cleaned by the owner who pulls a racial card when she doesn't speak English that well and her work is very poorly done with very sloppy work. Amy or Haire Bros Cleaners owner or staff are not customer service people and did not call to tell of the delay, did not offer a refund or half price but just was yelling at me (a customer) and slamming her hand x 6 against the counter when I said I was unhappy with her sloppy work. It is self evident service. This staff member works hard and the 2 designer dresses were not hemmed properly. This was for a senior who paid a lot of money for these dresses and VERY SLOPPY WORK BY HAIR BROS CLEANERS!Service: Alterations

Just brought my carpet for dry cleaning. I told the lady that I've had a bad experience with another dry cleaner before (they damaged the fur on the hoodie of my Canada Goose jacket and said they had received it that way) so I simply asked her to take a look at the carpet beforehand just in case things don't go as planned. Long story short she adamantly declined to do that so I'm taking my business elsewhere. Anyway, the 1 star is for her being rude throughout the conversation and also because she kept saying she's never had a problem in 20 years, which is just silly.

I have been regularly going there for 10 years. Always 100% satisfied with their service (both cleaning and alteration). Friendly staff who are extremely warm and nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
