BEWARE: I ordered from Union Lighting and Decor not realizing it was NOT Union Lighting and FURNISHINGS in Toronto. How deceiving!

However, Ty, the lovely young man I was speaking to was so incredibly helpful and took the time to go over everything with me. Ty went above and beyond, he looked into my issue, found the answer and called me back exactly when he promised to review my concerns with me. The level of customer service provided given that I didn't even actually purchase from their store was top notch.
