I was purchasing components from several Memory Express locations in the middle of a big sale period and he helped speed up the process by identifying components that didn't need to be shipped in and by identifying similar components at great sale prices.

A week ago, I was having difficulty completing an online order and I was connected with a sales representative from the Dundas Street East store. I dealt with Shailja S. over the phone and completed my transaction. She was excellent offering assistance, a discount on my items and ensure that all was completed to my satisfaction. She ended having to stay later than her normal work hours, contacted me at home and confirmed the purchase. In fact, she reconnected with me a week later when the items arrived at the Brick warehouse in my community for pick-up. It was excellent service and she really went above and beyond. “I was at Henrys (church street) to pre-order a lens and was assisted by Alan back in September. He were very transparent about pricing, availability, and expected delivery dates for the pre-order, which made the decision feel easy and low-stress.
Throughout the process, Alan was patient, answered all my questions, specially when i keep asking him when does the lens arrival. He also explained what would happen once the lens arrived, including how I’d be notified and what to check when I pick it up. The service felt organized and professional from start to finish.
