My insurance sent me to their shop for a minor colission that required to fix the hood. When I got it back, they had changed one of the headlights for a used one that was visibly worn and the mail bulb was out and not working. They told us to come back in 2 weeks to put the old one back. After 2 weeks or less of use, the hood lifted with the cold and it looks bent. We have called to get these issues fixed, yet no response from the owner.
Although it is my car and I paid for the service, they never replied when I asked and they only spoke to my husband...

From the moment I entered the shop (in the wrong area since I had not been there for 20 years!) I was treated like a friend/guest not a customer. The person i interrupted in the wrong area walked me over to the front office rather than just pointing and getting back to his work.
Andrew came out and did a walk around on my car and really listened to the solution I was looking for with the least expense as my car is 16 years old. The whole experience was without pressure
The car was ready when promised and the work was more than satisfactory.
Oh, and the day I left the car I was going to call an Uber and Andrew's dad, likely a Martino Bros I dealt with 20 years before offered to drive me home
I'm asking myself why I waited sooo long to come back!

I had my car repaired from this location recently and the service was mind blowing , they are real professionals. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs and on top of that they provide a lifetime warranty on their work which is really impressive. Definitely will recommend this shop!

Recently brought my fully built Z here to have custom fenders from Dubai fitted. My reason for choosing this shop initially was simply due to convenience and location, honestly I really lucked out because the workmanship and treatment my car received was top tier.
My first impressions of the shop were very good, Andrew was incredibly professional and knew right away who to give the project to for the best outcome and put me in contact with their technician Jeremy.
Anyone who is knowledgeable about the automotive industry will tell you, when it comes to aftermarket parts there is always challenges, my fenders were no exception.
I am not the type of person to sugar coat or give praise easily, I have been around the car scene for almost 20 years and have dealt with many body shops in that time but I am telling you hands down Jeremy is by far the best auto body technician I have ever had the privilege of collaborating with.
I have very high expectations and am absolutely meticulous about my cars to the point that some consider it unhealthy, Jeremy is the only technician in all my years that was able to give me a finished product that I could not find a flaw in.
Jeremy’s attention to detail is world class if Im being honest, he definitely knows what hes doing and in my honest opinion could be doing very big things in the industry if he ever chose to pursue bigger things in the industry.
Martino bros is a great establishment that will take care of you, but my business from here on out is going wherever Jeremy goes for as long as he remains a auto body technician.

Great workmanship + excellent communication = happy client. The team at Martino Brothers took great care to make the necessary repairs and at regular intervals kept me in the loop on how things are progressing. All this despite a very busy holiday season. Very disorganized. One might go as far as to say "a MESS" Was given Job here; Stilllll waiting for Jack Martino to honor his word & PAY me though. In business since the 1950s.... I guess the 1st generation built it BY keeping their word?! APPALLING of a business owner, Jack. It didn't work out; put your big-boy pants on, move on & do what YOU said you would. Or lose business through word of mouth. Your choice, Sir!
