The hair dresser was nice but I am very disappointed with my hair. I have long hair with bleached blond ends. Going into the salon my hair was really healthy. I came in asking for curls and a braid crown. The hair dresser said she would be able complete the look I showed her from a picture I showed her, after struggling with the braid, I told her to just go ahead and only curl my hair. As she was about to curl my hair, I asked her to spray heat protectant on my hair but she didn't. The curls were very messy and did not hold for even 30m after I left the salon. My hair not is extremely damaged due to the heat of the iron
