Being a relatively new model, we weren’t sure how things would go, but Marco was fantastic in coordinating with Alfa Romeo for parts and helping with the claim with the insurance company. Since this is a fairly new model to the Canadian market, it took some time for the parts to arrive, but Marco kept us updated regularly on the status. Both Marco and Frank were great to deal with.
