Absolutely horrific management and supervisor, when asked about why my financial mail only is not being delivered, they stop all mail delivery to my adress and make up lies of threats…. the sunday after my call i received a pile of my financial mail opened and leaning on my door…. The manager and supervisor seem so suspicious, they are very rude and from their actions now i am convinced they as well as the mail man are stealing mail and using the “threat” tool to shift blame. These people should be in jail.

These people need to be investigated they are messing with people. Three months my packages have been allegedly all “piled up” in my parcel compartment. I’m being bounced around service ticket to service ticket - NO KEY to open my parcel compartment.
This is madness. Everyone who works at this location is a certified fraudulent person or someone who simply can’t follow instructions and protocol. Then they deflect and ignore messages after sending whatever they want to send. They lie. And say they’ll fix an issue only to leave it for the next person and then close your ticket without doing anything about it. Zero stars. Shut them down or get new management at this depot. Cause based on these other reviews, this place is garbage.

So after MONTHS of a mail man stealing. My mail, with proof he’s been keeping my mail. Caused me months of agony and financial issues. Kept my car recall notices, personal documents and identification for my family and I. Been violating us for months and nothing done, they sent two “BIG MEN” to my house to lie to me and interrogate me , while pretending not to know what the police report was about. with not keeping their word or contacting me about all my mail. This is after I filed a police report with video, they lied to the police that the man wasn’t on route when he’s clearly on camera n was by supers of the building. Show up because they know it’s the truth, that man is trying to get me behind on my bills and in trouble to be put out! You guys are not going to get away with this!

Disaster! I send parcel to Spain in May 2022, got it back all broken with destroyed stuff in January 11 2023 after multiple Claims and multiple calls and complains! Still trying to resolve in court who will pay the damages!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I moved into a new home and submitted a request for the community mailbox keys. After three weeks and multiple calls and chats to Customer Service, someone finally called back and said I can pick-up the keys at this location between 10 am and 5 pm, which is obviously wrong, as they close at 4. On my second trip to the Depot, they refused to release the keys even though I showed a digital copy of of my house's purchase agreement - they insisted it has to be printed! So I will require almost 4 weeks, countless wasted hours, three trips to the Depot and 120 printed pages just to pick-up the mailbox keys?

Update... Since I had a rental and I was working from home, dropped by to pick up my mail. The gentleman was very friendly. Five stars for his customer service.I still don't like the hours, and the fifteen minute drive turns into an hour fifteen minute commute of you take public transit. One star for inconvenient location and hours of service.Original Post:What the heck is going on with your hours? Who can make it between 9 and 4pm? Who even works those hours.

We use Canada Post for the small business program and the staff at this location really takes care of everything we ever needed. Very happy with the flyer (admail) service offered. It really worked!

Went to get a money order and I was informed they were "Out of stock". I have been to many locations all over the city for this same service and never had that happen. AVOID this location unless you want to waste your time driving there.
