It's hard to find a "reputable" moving company (for some reason). And, this ain't one of 'em. I was fraudulently overcharged and the 1st lie came when "Paul" said there was a 7.5 hour minimum. Not true. Then he tried to "haggle" with me...good luck. I was finally promised a refund (I record all my calls), but they refused to e-transfer it, saying the company is not set up to send money, only receive it. How convenient. And, another lie. Was told "the check is in the mail". This would prove to be a lie, as well.9 days later, no check....called Paul who told me he would NOW be sending the check. Really? Promise? Cross your heart? When asked why it hadn't already been sent, Paul said the boss didn't like my review. ???? (I suppose I was to commend them for tacking an extra 2.5 hrs. on to my invoice, at the rate of $150/hr.)I asked to speak to the owner....not in. Lie. What's the owner's name.....can't tell me. Why would THAT be? What kinda of "company" acts this way....?A B.S. Moving Co....the name says it all.Next stop....reporting them and filing a claim. Moving is already stressful enough......who needs THIS aggravation?!

One of the worst experiences moving ever. Don't trust these folks, they changed the rates three times, I asked for a pre quote, they said no problem no problem, never sent it. In the end they held the process hostage, had my wife sign a document without us both present.From threatening to not pay his people for the work performed, to sending new moving crews who had no concept of removing T.V's from walls and unhooking couches, padding moving hours, unscheduled breaks, the list goes on and on. Never mind the brakages, the damaged walls, none of the assembly was conducted as promised.I find that If I and my family where not involved in picking up and moving our own furniture the job would never be completed. Six guys and 10 hours later and im still moving my own things three days later.The entire process, the negotiation tactics of their manager and the threats of not paying his people put us in an untenable position.If you value your sanity and your pocket book, Stay away from this organization.

Though it was raining heavily off and on, the drivers came & hit the ground running. There was only 1 casualty of war. However the armoire wouldn't have fit in the space anyway without having to make adjustments. Friendly & hardworking. Kudos to Coco.

I am very satisfies .with confidence l Recommend this company movers , they are exactly Sharp in time,actually before the agreement time already in front to the house .

The moving guys went above and beyond to make sure my moving experience was worry and stress free. The confirmation phone call the day prior to the move was very assuring, on moving day the guys was on time and even help with setting up my bed. I will recommend them to my relatives, friends, and colleagues

Movers that helped my gf took so much extra time due to multiple smoke and bathroom breaks then charged her an additional +$200. They did not take care of the inside of the home, instead walked all over without covering the floors and damaging walls and furniture as well. To make matters worse, the owner is taking no actions from our complaint -- go with another company, this one is not worth it.

The movers wasted time in purpose so I would have to pay more, my furniture was filthy and damaged, they made me incredibly uncomfortable the entire time, took several cigarette breaks and disappeared while on the clock and I was charged for it. I had to help the entire move and it still took FOREVER. The owner offered a refund and then turned around and screamed at me, accused me of lying and damaging my own walls and furniture. One of the movers lay on my floor until I finally asked him to leave. It was awful, uncomfortable and so unprofessional

Excellent moving service provided by this company. I was stuck with a small last-minute move that I needed done the next day on the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH and they came through for me big time. Thanks to movers Roberto and Brian who were exceptionally friendly and efficient. These are real pros not some fly-by-night con job schemers. I was very pleased and would recommend this company highly to anyone.
