Slowest Tim Hortons I have ever seen. Avoid their drive thru at all costs. You’d be faster going well out of your way than to wait here. Minimum 10-15 minutes.

One of the worst times Hortons ever. Every order they make is wrong. You ask for an ice coffee they’ll give ya vanilla ice coffee , ask for a bacon farmer’s wrap , get a sausage wrap. Every time its the same with this location

They want to be next to a truck stop fuel island but don’t want to open their doors till 5 am for foot traffic…and won’t serve at the window..I guess truck drivers and homeless people all look the same.

All I ordered was a single sugar black coffee, I don't drink cream or milk!! I hate it!! Thank you so very much guys for being unable to do one simple thing, bravo. I cant explain how impressive it is that they mess up singular coffee orders this frequently. Thank you, don't come again.

Awful service could not understand employee finally managed to order 1 of 2 bagels they had left and a coffee I get to the window pay received my coffee and then a huge uncomfortable pause as I wait for my bagel then she says the other employee didn't get it ? so I asked if I had paid for it she said no but I can get it for you I said no and drove off very disappointed with this location many times since it opened and it's sad because I work nearby. will only be ordering coffee from here on out

I pre order my lunch on the app so I can run in and pick up up. Never is it ready them I stand there watching them serve the people that are just entering the store. I wait at least 15 Mins everyday and the staff is super unpleasant. Mobile orders should be made first because they already ordered and

6 East Indian woman DOING NOTHING .... 1 white girl sweeping. ....I laugh because the manager thought I was recording when I was leaving this review instead. Adjust your tone. I am a paying customer..... And your "standards" are BULL....Don't tempt me to call customer service or your guest service team you would regret it significantly so please do not reply automatically it will only serve to show as an insult to your intellect "Tim Hortons".

I went to this Tim hortons and there was only one car ahead of me. I heard him make his order and he proceeded to drive up to the window. I watched him be handed his coffee and some type of food and drive away. Then when it was my turn I hear over the intercom "Thank you for stopping at Tim Hortons may I take your order." To which I responded "Yes, can I please get a medium tea with two milk Two Sugars, bag in, Double Cuped please". To which I received no response. A little confused by that I say "That will be all" And I proceed to sit there and wait a minute or two for again no response. So, I decided I'm going to drive up to the window, maybe something's going on where they never heard me. I then proceed to the window and as I'm sitting there I look over and there's two young employees a male and a female both chatting it up by... I'm assuming it would be the iced coffee machine. Only for them to look at me and start doing Criss-Cross waves and telling me to go away not to my face but I could clearly lip read it. And then turn around and walk away. Only for the male to stop and look at me and again lip his words to me saying "we're closed, go away" and shunted me with a go away gesture using his arms. For him to then turn around and walk away and leave me sitting there. I wad stunned at how rude this was. To which I then sat there confused because they just took my order and I still had 12 minutes before they're closing time at 11:30 p.m. So I decided I'm going to sit outside and wait so I can announce to them that maybe you should not take someone's order and then proceed to ignore them and be rude to them by telling them to "go away, we are closed." When you clearly are not. I found that extremely rude. Who raised you. It was just a tea. But then I realized I'm better then that and remembered who raised me.
