I walked in, and no one in front of me ordered my coffee, then waited with one person ahead of me. We watched as one person walked in after us and ordered and got their stuff before we did. Then the person in front of me got her ordered well, still waiting for my order 10 minutes late. I got my coffee.

Morning staff on December 9/2023 laughing on me, one girl came from back to just see me in front of window, laugh. I did not tell any joke while order, it was just a coffee.

I literally asked for them to cut my bagel in half and the drive thru girl said “it will be cut”. Of course it was not. Garbage timmies. When worked there when I was young it was a standard to cut the dang bagel in half lol. 0

Been going to this Tim Hortons for about 4 years now and it’s a shame to see that this location has gone from being one of the best in Woodstock to the absolute worst. I know this location has had quite an employee turnover in the past few months and half the new employees especially the ones in afternoon shift have zero customer service skills and their attitude is downright awful. They often screw up the order, sometimes you have to repeat yourself multiple times before they can get it right. Food quality is mediocre. There have been times when I spent 20-30 minutes in the drive thru during the off peak time with only a handful of cars ahead. Never have I ever seen them apologizing to the customers for the excessive long delays. Just pathetic and I hope the management pay some attention to their staff.

I have started delaying my coffee to go to this location because the staff are so friendly. Special shout out to Corry, who is always very kind and helpful... this morning she taught me how to use the Tim's reward app to get free coffee! Thanks Corry!

Most of the staff at this particular store are rude, 7 times out of 10 they screw up your order. The front counter is always lined up out the door and rarely out names for mobile orders, they will stand there holding it looking around. When in the drive through you have to correct them several times then get to the window and the order is still wrong.

Run by Desi girls, what do you expect. Slow and lost when they take orders, always mess up your orders. Less quantity of meat as they put meat out of their own pocket ??♂️

The manager is the problem here. I've seen upset customers in here a few times. She gives no apology and is rude to customers and her staff.The place is very unorganized.How is she a manager?She behaves like a spoiled teenager who has temper tantrums when she doesn't get her wayI'm shocked that Tim Hortons would have this person represent the franchise is such a poor way.I will NEVER return to the his poorly run location.

They use to give out one old fashioned plain timbit called a doggy timbit and any timmies I went to, it would be and has always been free until I came here, when I asked why I was charged out of curiosity, I was told management says they have to charge? yes it only 33 cents and I still got it for my fur baby but it was just like wow I use to work at timmies years ago and management never cared to give out a doggy timbit or even a cup of water for your doggo and honestly the service I get there every time is not very welcoming as well. I try to go to the one buy the highway much better service.

Management needs to train their employees properly cause how does it take 4 people to take a simple black coffee order??Super long wait times
