I had a muffler and exhaust tip installed about a month ago and the tip randomly fell off somewhere and when I come in to talk to them about it I’m only offered free install and 50% off a new tip I mean better then paying for everything again but it wouldn’t have been a issue if they welded the tip on properly the first time staff if friendly though hence the 3 star vs 2

Amazing customer service . Prompt timing and quaitly work . Called thursday night to get an aftermarket exhaust put in on my mk7.5 golf r . Got er in the next morning and only took them a couple hours to install ( had wiring to hook up too ) very impressed. Thanks again for the great work

May be the good experience for others but definitely not for me , i called in before going there to repair my tire I specifically ask for patch work and when i went there they took the nail out and told me oh there are two holes very near they dont have the proper tools to repair it , the options were we will repair one and charge u 60 bucks and u go to proper tire shop and spend more dollars just so they can take out this small patch and putt the new patch. I mean come on if u don’t have proper tools stop telling people on phone that you can repair tires
