Tim rivers is the worst service manager that I've ever dealt with! He is confrontational with customers! I've never seen anything like this, a manager who bullies his own customers! So unprofessional! To add to that, his staff are also very rude to customers! This place is not worth your business!

Another great Experience with Woodstock Hyundai. J.Hussar and staff always make sure everything is top notch. Customer service level is second to none and the attention to detail from this dealership is unmatched. I continue to be a customer at Woodstock Hyundai because they appreciate the customer from start to finish. Great job guys!!

I would not recommend to go there for buying a used car or trade in your used car. It would be better to sell the used car or buy a used car on some social media website. My experience was worst. If you want to buy a new vehicle, probably they can't manipulate on new cars that much but be careful and pay attention on all paper work. They can do anything like misleading and giving you wrong information, lying in agreement as they did with me. They sold me an almost 6 years old vehicle with more than 164000 Kms by misleading me that this vehicle is not over mileage (More than 27K kms/ year). Immediately after buying car I checked the reality according to Natural Resources Canada office of Energy Resources the average mileage per year in Canada was 15200 kms/ year which was 77 % less, just to sell a cheaper car on a higher price by misleading and leaving a wrong perception. They may mislead or misguide you in many ways to get your signature. I would say stay away from that place as much as possible. You can expect every bad thing from them. Writing a bad review was not my first option, I send them a number of emails for clarification of things like the engine light (which was on at the time of test drive they fix it quickly and it came on again after a while and later I came to know that there is a transmission problem) and the price break down but they were not interested to listen and solve anything. I made a call to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council and they gave me a work id number against my complaint. I have no complaint with lower staff because probably these guys have no option to do other than whatever their local management says. Due to there misleading a I paid them at least 4000 $ extra (because of high mileage & transmission problem) for a cheaper car. I think probably Hyundai company have no idea what is going on in this site under their name. Its better for them to think and take necessary actions about it to save public from this type of situation and to maintain reputation of their brand name too.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER I purchased the car from them, but received ZERO service. Their service department is the worst. They do not care about your business. I went in with a problem, they claimed to have fixed it but they made it worse. When I went in to get it fixed again, the mechanic lied to me and told me that the torque specs are the first things they check (they hadnt done anything). After visiting the dealership multiple times and leaving the vehicle with them 3 full days over a period of 1 month, problems kept arising. When I asked for a service vehicle for the day, the service reps kept telling me that their manager doesnt allow that. When I spoke to the manager, he did not want to help me out at all despite seeing that the vehicle had been in their shop for 3 entire days. I will never go back to this stealership. Even if you bought your vehicle from them like i did and had a wonderful experience, DO NOT EVER use their service. I have received better service and care from competing dealerships. Go to Anderson Kia or GM. Their services are cheaper, and they actually take care of you. Woodstock Hyundai, you have lost a customer forever due to your lack of customer service and care.
