“I bought a picture 35 years ago and it got damaged a few years ago. I took it into the gallery recently and Bradley took the time to find the exact frame. My picture looks brand new! Thank you so much!!”
“I’ve given the art gallery a 4 star rating simply because only the ground floor was open. The other floors were closed. There’s no entrance fee as such but you can donate whatever amount you like.
The gallery has a permanent collection of local artist Florence Carlyle which is truly impressive. I’m not an artist nor an expert but her use of colour to show light is amazing.
Currently there is also a showing of works by Betty McArthur. Loved her paintings of Geese.”
