Went today to get a flu shot, asked the man giving the injections to change his gloves after i watched him give an injection, process stuff in the pharmacy and then give a second injection without changing gloves. He roundly rejected my request, informing me that it was not required as the gloves were for his protection and not sterile. I stated that the standard of care in Ontario requires a change of gloves between tasks and between patients. He responded rudely that he didn't have time as he was running a pharmacy, not a hospital and that if i preferred i was welcome to go to the hospital for my vaccine.
Universal precautions were implemented during the HIV/HEPC crisis to protect BOTH clients and workers. You have no idea what you are transferring between patients when you don't change your gloves. Furthermore, i have included a picture of the provincial standards of care. I will NOT be returning to this pharmacy for anything.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with the pharmacy team here - great range of products available in store also, very handy with there being not much else nearby!

Would not recommend. Do yourself a favour go to Kanata.Pros-proximity-employeesCons-phone calls on hold 30 mintues every call attempt-pecription will not be filled on time with no warning(out of stock in store)-prices-owner, Tamara will insult you personally-wait times-and to top it off the parking lots is normally a dangerous ice trapSave yourself the extra half hour of time and drive 15 minutes further!

This pharmacy is incredibly professional and delivers top notch customer service. Tamara takes the time to speak with you one on one to ensure you feel informed and comfortable with your medications or any questions you may have. They are very quick at filling prescriptions and I'm so happy they are local.

Tamara and her team provided a judgement free, confidential, safe place to go for advice and health care. After hearing about an emergency at the high school this week, I went in to get a naloxone kit. Tamara walked me through how to use the kit. She welcomes and encourages everyone to come in and pick up a kit.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since it opened! It is super convenient and staff are amazing! The replacement pharmacist I had once for my daughter mentioned to me that they were concerned about; he told me to check with the Dr. It was ok as the Dr ok’d the meds. This is the kind of pharmacy I like as it questions the meds if there is a difference! That is a great pharmacist and pharmacy! Tamara takes the time to make sure her clients are doing well. She and the pharmacy is amazing!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful every staff member at this pharmacy. Tamara is the best pharmacist that I have ever had, she always takes the time to listen and provide advice on any concerns that I have had. We are very lucky to have her in our community!
