Ordered twice online and both times I got an email saying it was picked up even though I never visited the store. It was within the pickup window and I got no refund. One of the times I had to call my credit card company and second time I didn't bother. I don't know if this location is committing fraud or is just extremely unprofessional. I call them w my order number and everything and they say the manager will call me back... Never got a callback.

This store Never, never has the items on sale, on the FIRST day of the sale. "Not available" on the FIRST day of the sale?This is misleading and an insult to the customer who drives all the way to the store for NOTHING.Very disappointed with this store business model. In future, I will not waste my time with this store and shop at: Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Rona.
