She will be your guide throughout your experience with the store. She knows the stock in and out, knows what to pull for your body shape, and has incredible recommendations for every piece she suggests to you. I happen to be plus sized, and not only did they have a lot of plus size items on sale (!), but they had a good selection of separates that were actually classy, not the usual "just make it bigger" or "fat people like florals, right?" kind of plus size style. I wouldn't have had half as much fun in this store had Manuela not found me and become my personal stylist.”

After a bad experience from two days before that I went there to find the dress I left without picking anything due to the terrible customer service I received from other sales rep. Any question I asked I had a rude answer and not willing to help. If the sales rep. Is not able to be pleasant with people then you shouldn't be working in customer service/retail.So I left and I went to other location where I was very welcomed. On April 1, 2024 I went back to the Colossus location again as I needed to do return, since it was on my way home.That was the time when I got Keren to serve me. I did the return and ended up to buy a new dress I appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond to find my dress.Thank you for all that you do!
