Search around local shops' websites to find a replacement part for a rusted out casement hinge with no luck. Went in to the local Home Depot and the gentleman in the window area right away pointed here. Found what I needed, ordered online and it was on my doorstep in two days. Website is easy to navigate and the prices are great. Probably saved me a few hundred bucks in a service call.

I spent a lot of time looking locally for a replacement window crank for my window - but to not avail. I finally came across Window Hardware online and immediately noticed they had a huge inventory of window cranks and accessories and much lower prices than I had seen elsewhere.I was unsure on the part selection for my window and someone immediately responded to my email with the exact part I needed.I placed the order online and get a phone call to confirm my order.I received my replacement part within 3 days.Great selection, Great prices, Great service!

I am amazed at the SPEED with which Window Hardware Company fulfilled my online order. I placed two orders, the first of which was not the right size fork on the casement window lock. So on Monday evening I ordered the mid-size fork lock, and by Thursday before noon, my package was delivered via Expedited Post and I installed it in minutes! Great company, great service!

Shoppers BEWARE - we were STUNNED to receive a 2nd invoice - over and above WHC's $20 FOB charge - a month after we received our products. The $70 charge is from UPS for US Custom Duties and a Brokerage Charge.
