I just sold my beautiful Honda to Vellas through discussions with Van.
This was a new experience for me and Van carefully walked me through the process.
At every step of the way Van was informative and patient while reassuring me as I adjusted to selling a car to what was to me an unknown entity until this week.
The process was very smooth and transparent and I feel compelled to recommend Vellas to anyone selling their car

Must say this has been one of my best interactions with a dealership ever. They were super professional and helpful in helping me get my car of choice and even when faced with unexpected delay through no fault of mine or theirs they were patient and willing to help me resolve the issue with the bank in resolving the matter which took almost a month to fix. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone based on my interactions and their willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you sales rep Vahn and to the owner as well. Appreciate you guys ??

I had a sienna 2015 low mileage cosmetic scratches.
Carfax showed minor bang at the back . Always serviced at Dealer Toyota.. Gave me a figure of 8000 from 16000 quoted.
Utter disappointed I got it sold with another dealer for 16000

Was looking to sell my 2017 Toyota iM. Entered my info on AutoTrader and about 30 seconds after hitting enter, Van called me from the dealership. Went in the next day to have it looked at. He offered me a coffee while I waited. Once they appraised the car, they gave me a very reasonable offer. Did the paperwork and I was on the road within an hour. They even sent me home in and Uber.
Thank for everything, Van! Ill come back with the wife's car.

We were very impressed with the professionalism, expediency, knowledge, honesty and fairness from Van, our agent at Vella’s Auto. We had no knowledge of the quick Cash option through Auto Trader prior to this experience, but have since told many contacts about it, because of the excellent respectful and empathetic way Van helped us. We were getting ready to sell our KIA SOUL and took it in to our mechanic for a pre certification. We were getting ready to buy a used vehicle package and car detailing to make it ready for sale. We were a bit nervous about listing it privately, because of all of the news about scams and dishonest criminals we might come across. When researching Auto Trader to try and find fair market value, we received a pop up for “Instant Cash”. Normally I don’t click on these links for fear of fraud, but because it was connected with Auto Trader, I trusted it and clicked. I entered some information about the KIA, and got a response telling me exactly how much it is worth, and that Vella Auto and Volvo Newmarket would be in touch. Van from Vella Auto called me the very next day. Volvo emailed me a few days later. I called Van back and we had a great discussion. I got some paperwork in order, namely proof that the lease was paid off (Official letter doesn’t come until 1 week or so after payment), and met with Van. We negotiated a price after a vehicle check and I was gone an hour later with cheque in hand. It was a very simple, fair, upfront process. Vella Auto treated me with respect, and understood that I knew the value of my car. They gave me what I asked for. I highly recommend this process with Vella Auto if you are thinking of selling your car. It saved me so much time and energy. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Van!! We may be in touch soon with our other vehicle.

Had the great pleasure of working with Van. He was honest and upfront. Couldn't give me the amount I was hoping for, but he was able to work with other another dealer to bring me very close to the price I was looking for. Made the whole process very easy. Couldn't recommend a better place to sell to on autotrader! Great job Van!

Just seen the best dealership in the GTA. Mathew is an amazing caring, knowledgeable salesman. My Toyota Prius broke down and was unrepairable. I arrived at this Woodbridge car dealership at 1 pm, test-drove this low kilometres spotless Toyota Prius Prime, got the financing approved, and insurance switched in record time before I arrived home at 5 PM, Mathew had his employee drive my new car to my house....yes, parked in the driveway. The employee took an Uber home. They offer me espresso and a gift for their appreciation. I should mention this dealership is so clean, that you can eat off the floor. They have affordable and expensive cars good enough for Movie Stars like Porches, Corvettes and Ferraris and at the same time, Mathew shows extreme professionalism regardless of what car you are interested in. He treats his customers with great care to detail and listens to any concerns they may have. The $25000 car drove and felt new. I was told Toyota dealers wanted to buy my car but Mathew decided to give his prospective buyers the first chance. I highly recommend this reputable dealership to anyone who expects nothing but honesty and integrity. You won't regret it...really. Make your next automobile purchase with Vella's Auto and Leasing located at 260 Jevlan Dr Noth of Hwy 7 and east of Weston. They deal with the major banks also that can save you$$$$.....?
