Considering that service undoubtedly provides more income to a dealership than the original sale of a vehicle, I’m astounded to see just how ‘ordinary’ and minimal the service experience is at Vaughan Chrysler.There’s so much room for improvements.

My experience with Vaughan Chrysler has always and continues to be great. When you have someone who's the ultimate professional and knowledgeable as Sandy is. It puts your mind at ease. I always get whatever service I requested and feel fully satisfied when I pick up my vehicle. The staff there overall is very courteous and approachable. I would recommend them any day. Have a bad experience with this dealership. Had a scheduled diagnostic recently, came in time but had to wait for some period to leave the vehicle (service advisor was not warried about customer waiting) and as result - was late for work.They did an issue inspection and gave me an estimate for repairs with total 3000 CAD. Moreover, before coming there the feature I was checking was working incorrectly (but was working) and after their intervention - it stopped working at all and I got 1 more additional problem. Nice fix...Finally, using forums, Youtube and Amazon I'd fixed the problem MYSELF. Totally I'd spent 40 cad for parts and 2 hours to complete the job. So I'm not sure in this guys proficiency. It's your choice if to give your vehicle to them for repairs. Good luck.

Genrally I am not happy, the dealer undersold the gas mileage saying it last close to two weeks on a full tank go’n to Brampton and back (I get a week cause the tank is so small)I had to go back and forth between the sales person and finance manager because they were not communicating with each other about the bank I want to finance with and I was promised two complimentary oil changes only to find out they didn’t not that on the system. At the end this is my fault for buying dodge, should have just went next store and look at the X1, would have been a bit more but at least I know they respect their customers

Awesome staff with great services for their clients.We bought our first RAM truck. kudos to Michael Rebelo and Anurag Jallan for making our dream come true.They made every single effort to get our loan approved with limitations from our end.Both of the staff members patiently answered all our queries and had lot of patience till the time deal was final.Great Professinalism and customer service by both of them.Would highly recommend them in future.Thank you again for wonderful Deal and experienceAnnu & Manpreet

Staff is excellent, friendly, attentive. I'd have given 5 stars but my issue got misdiagnosed and I have to go back. That being said I'd highly recommend this dealership.

Just visited and got a quote from Adrian. A true pro, no question left unanswered. Knew everything about each truck and options from the top of his head. Easy to talk to and was straight forward with everything. Was super uneducated prior to my encounter with Adrian now I think I know everything about each truck and super friendly people person. Next time you visit Vaughan Chrysler ask for Adrian.

I visited this dealer because I had to drop off a friend's Jeep to get some paint work done. When I entered the staff was friendly and directed me to the service department where the rep helped me out. Overall, it was a good experience.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships in the past for various personal and business needs and I've neve received the kind of white-glove service I received here with Vithusan quarterbacking the entire process for me. Made the purchasing of my Wagoneer as seamless as possible for us. He was informative, personal and not overly aggressive like alot of other sales people. Lori Thomas help arrange financing details and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly buy from here again!!!
