I took my Jeep to Tire Wholesale and got my tires replaced and balanced. My experience was exceptional. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are very caring, and also very informative. If you have any questions at all, feel free to ask the ladies at the front desk, or the technician can guide you better if needed. I really appreciated the effort from the entire team in getting my tires replaced in a very timely manner.
Update: It has been approximately 3 weeks and I have zero issues to report.

Worst customer service I spoke to a lady on the phone about my appointment. I was stuck in the highway and my appointment was at 5 PM so I told her that I will be coming at 5:37 because of the highway she was being rude and telling me if you deposit or paid for the tires it’s refundable. I don’t recommend this company tires and customer service at all. They are rude.
