The woman that is always at the cash register inside the gas station Tim Hortons is probably the worst Tim Hortons employee I’ve ever encountered. It took her five full minutes to make an ice cap. And 10 attempts to be able to understand what I was saying so I actually gave up adding things to my order when I was born here and have no accent.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations and NOT for their selection or coffee but strictly because of their staff. They will rush to get your order and then 95% of the time they get it wrong. Super incompetent.

0 OUT OF 5!! The ‘manager’ Rena, I believe is her name, is the most rude and unprofessional worker you will ever find. She is extremely disrespectful and can’t even make a simple coffee correct! I reached out to Tim Hortons customer service to rectify this issue and have left several requests for a district manager to reach out to me but NOTHING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TOP TO BOTTOM.

Ordered a large hot chocolate and a toasted croissant, the cashier asked if I wanted the croissant buttered too, I said sure why not. The hot chocolate I got was filled to a medium, and the croissant isn't butter and was also grilled instead. It also took about 10 minutes for that order to be complete while everyone was dumbfounded by my order and kept gestering to me as I was waiting. Save yourself the trip and drive to any other tim Hortons near by

Don’t even try to go there. Worst store of Tim Hortons in Vaughan. I went there on Jan 1st the lady worked there was super rude. She don’t know how to talk with customers, owner should now how they loose their business with hiring those kind of employees. Be careful before you go.

I went in just for a gift card but the moment it was finally my turn(after waiting about 15min), I said to the server "how are you" and someone else budded in and said "please wait sir" I replied with "I asked how are you" "Oh very good sir" . I then preceeded to wait as they were doing something else (I'm assuming an Uber eats order), and when it was finally my turn, they said they were sold our of gift cards with a big smile.on his face. The sign on the door states their Christmas hours so how about saying "sold out of gift cards" so that others like myself don't waste time. NEVER going there again plus there were flies on the honey dip. Disgusting.

Does anyone at this Tim Horton’s location or the owner who owns multiple in this area consider reading these reviews and taking action to rectify the atrocious services at these Tim Horton’s location?I can relate to every one of these comments below and furthermore issues which I don’t understand why they occur.I went through the drive thru this morning to order two coffees and a plain bagel double toasted, light butter. In return I received a plain bagel, barely toasted with butter spread like cream cheese.. Extremely frustrating especially when I ask to confirm at the window it is double toasted and I get, “yes, yes, double toasted sir”. After all that, I get asked to move off to side and wait for a new bagel (no specific directions of where) and then after waiting ten minutes my order doesn’t come. I go inside to ask for a refund and I have employees disputing I was not where I was directed to be..I get the fearless leader (Manager Rna) who is the example of horrible customer service with her attitude and lack of ability to diffuse a situation from a customer. She provides me my refund and walks away saying good bye sir as I’m asking for management name and spelling. At no point was I rude to this manager nor was I targeting any individual. I asked simply for details to report a complaint, which Tim Horton’s as a company asks of their customers. This is the same lady who I had serve me in the past at the speaker and window and would cut my order and attempt to finalize my order before completion.Simply train your employees better or making a staffing change as done at the Weston and Rutherford location 20meters down the road where it is the same owner.
