“The selection is impeccable, and the care taken to curate, display and promote the items is plain to see, incredibly valuable to the customers, and makes everything so tempting! This is a thrift store I will return to again and again.”

“The price of the goods and stuff is reasonable and Navneet does give justice to her role in guiding me in many ways possible during my visit to the store.
Will recommend to visit this store for the stuff.”

“This place is amazing! FYI: Evolve is an independent thrift store whose proceeds go back into the Caledon community. So not only are you combatting fast fashion and saving money by thrifting, you are helping to give back to the community which is something I really appreciate.

Its new combined store (across the street from the old location) is much larger and open, with a modern feel. The change rooms are really spacious, and not just a curtain across a closet or a stall like I've seen in other thrift stores - you get a proper well lit room with huge mirror. The home goods selection is vast and the prices were shockingly low (real crystal wineglasses for only $2?!). The clothing section takes up the majority of the store, with $5 blouses, and nice office-wear blazers for $12. You can tell quality checks have been done with the goods- there are no gross stains or garbage and the brands carried range from your average mall retailer to higher end. I scored a gently used Danier leather jacket (which retails for ~$457) for $25!!! Thrifting here is incredibly rewarding and fun.

Most of all, I cannot praise the staff members here enough. Not only are they incredibly friendly and helpful but professional as well. I've witnessed instances of customers being rude and attempting to haggle the already low prices (despite CLEAR signage stating all prices are final, this isn't a flea market people) but the staff remained polite, calm, and accommodating.

Overall I would highly recommend this thrift store!”

“The competition's store has more variety and volumes of items but you can find diamond in the rough. For example, one can find a Texas Instruments calculator here and the corresponding manual at the competition's store. Voilà, you have a functional combo of calculators. Consequently, it makes sense to know what you are looking for in general before heading to this and the competition's store. For example, if you are looking for textbooks or course books or exam and test prep books, you may want to try the competition's store first because you may find your item there. However, dictionaries of languages to English can be in both stores.”

“I absolutely love, Love, LOVE the marble accent table I purchased at Habitat For Humanity Vaughan Restore. The small marble table perfectly compliments my hand carved stone sculpture from Zimbabwe! I could not be happier with my purchase!!”

“This place is inexpensive and offers real good deals. I bought a bunch of stuff and new clothes for very low prices. My favorite is this wine bottle opening kit I got for $3.5. As you can see in the picture, most of its components are still sealed. I recently found a similar kit at the CNE for $70.”

“I love the store and the staff are all very nice. Although most of the time whenever there are new items coming out, usually the staff goes through them first before the customers can even see them. Mostly the nice stuff all goes to the staff I guess, Lucky if you dont share the same size as any of their staff, Lol.”

“Shopping at thrift stores is like embarking on a treasure hunt you never know what you’ll find, and that’s exactly what makes it so exciting. One day, you might walk in looking for a simple sweater and come out with a vintage jacket that tells a story. Or, maybe you’ll stumble upon a rare book, an antique piece of furniture, or even quirky home décor that adds character to your space.

The unpredictability of thrift stores is what sets them apart from regular retail. Sure, you won’t always find exactly what you’re looking for, but the thrill of discovery often leads to unexpected gems. And for the eco-conscious shopper, it’s an affordable and sustainable way to recycle and repurpose items, helping reduce waste.

Prices are generally budget-friendly, and it’s easy to get creative mixing and matching different styles, eras, and trends. Whether you’re a fashion enthusiast hunting for one-of-a-kind clothing or a collector seeking rare finds, thrift stores offer something for everyone.

Of course, not every trip will be a success. Sometimes, it’s hit or miss, and you may leave empty-handed. But that’s part of the charm: it keeps you coming back for more, always wondering what hidden treasure might be waiting on the next rack or shelf.

In short, thrift stores are a unique blend of adventure and affordability, making every visit a potential surprise.”

“Another great thrift store. Even though we were on vacation we always like finding thrift stores in foreign places and seeing what little deals we can find. This Value Village was very busy on a weekday early evening. We found a couple of things and checking out only took a couple of minutes with a line in front of us. The strip mall parking lot has ample parking.”
