“Had a great experience here today. A nice couple owns it and both are so welcoming and kind. This is not a thrift store where there’s a bunch of random old dad stinky shirts with no rhyme or reason. This is curated shop with great care and details on the tags of each garment! Bought an awesome piece and I will be returning!”
“Charmaine was so lovely and patient with all my questions and indecisiveness. She was honest with her opinions and helped me reach a decision I was comfortable with.”

“This place is amazing! FYI: Evolve is an independent thrift store whose proceeds go back into the Caledon community. So not only are you combatting fast fashion and saving money by thrifting, you are helping to give back to the community which is something I really appreciate.
Its new combined store (across the street from the old location) is much larger and open, with a modern feel. The change rooms are really spacious, and not just a curtain across a closet or a stall like I've seen in other thrift stores - you get a proper well lit room with huge mirror. The home goods selection is vast and the prices were shockingly low (real crystal wineglasses for only $2?!). The clothing section takes up the majority of the store, with $5 blouses, and nice office-wear blazers for $12. You can tell quality checks have been done with the goods- there are no gross stains or garbage and the brands carried range from your average mall retailer to higher end. I scored a gently used Danier leather jacket (which retails for ~$457) for $25!!! Thrifting here is incredibly rewarding and fun.
Most of all, I cannot praise the staff members here enough. Not only are they incredibly friendly and helpful but professional as well. I've witnessed instances of customers being rude and attempting to haggle the already low prices (despite CLEAR signage stating all prices are final, this isn't a flea market people) but the staff remained polite, calm, and accommodating.
Overall I would highly recommend this thrift store!”
“Lack of safety cameras..I had a bike stolen right in front of their store..even security didn't care about the theft, they said it wasn't their responsibility to be in front of their store...my bike was stolen on NOVEMBER 24, 2025 in front of the store.”
“Firstly, everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful. Store is tidy and organized. You can find some items at a good price while others are grossly overpriced. For example, Zara items with multiple flaws are 29.99. Zara is not designer or hard to find. You can often buy new from the store for less. Beat up old leather things of any sort are $49.99. It’s a bit much and even VV doesn’t price that high. Just something for management to consider. I often leave many items behind because they are overpriced. Sometimes better to move more at a more affordable price than have it sit.”
“Very nice experience. Worker at checkout informed me about student discount. Bought book at the great price and even after nice regular prices, they are taking time to inform about discount etc. very Impressive. Great work ?”
“Surprisingly nice and clean place. Some pieces are overpriced but there are definitely decently priced ones too. There is a lighting section, home renovation, plumbing and even doors.”

“Thrift shopping is a treasure hunt! Always remember that. If you are looking for something specific, you may or may not find it...depending on what you are looking for. Pack your patience if you are This location is always busy especially on Tuesdays, the 30% Seniors discount day. Well stocked in clothing, accessories, home goods and seasonal items. Friendly staff but I try to avoid the washroom. I have thrifted designer items here at low prices! Join the Super Savers club for deals or bring a bag of stuff to donate and get a $10 off coupon. I miss the 20% discount coupon they used to offer.. Do not lose anything here...it will disappear! Happy Thrifting! ?”
“Good store overall, hit or miss though. I’ve been here lots of times and I have gotten a lot of nice clothing, but sometimes there really isn’t much good stuff. The pricing can be a little expensive sometimes. It’s clean and nice so I do recommend.”
“Plenty of clothes and shoes to choose from. Back packs and purses. Dvds for 2 dollars. There is an electronics section with decent audio equipment and the occasional TVs and all. Up front there is a display case with incredible finds. Recently an Xbox 360 with cords and 2 controllers showed up for 70 dollars. Much cheaper than any similar Facebook marketplace posting. Also a PS2 Slim with controllers for 100 dollars.”
“I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this store, and I don’t think some people fully understand how resale works. This is still a business, and they need to be selective so their inventory actually sells. What’s helped me is calling ahead to ask what types of items they’re currently looking for. For example, I know they often accept plus-size clothing because they’re low on it. Doing this has made my drop-offs much more successful. I also think it helps to manage expectations and not assume you’ll get a huge payout every time.
I enjoy shopping here because you can find great deals on brands like Aritzia and Lululemon for a fraction of the retail price. It’s definitely hit or miss, but that’s the nature of secondhand shopping. You’re not at a mall, and it takes time and patience to find good pieces.
I’m giving one less star because occasionally the staff seem unsure about what’s going on or which bag belongs to which customer. Some people describe the staff as dismissive, but I get the sense they deal with a lot of frustrated customers who come in expecting big payouts. Overall, I’ve had a good experience by being realistic and asking questions ahead of time.”
“The staff at this store truly deserves appreciation. They are polite, patient, and hardworking despite often being understaffed. They handle long lines, keep things moving, and carefully check tags at checkout to prevent theft.
Unfortunately, some customers take advantage through shoplifting, switching tags, or not paying at self-checkout, which creates issues for honest shoppers. Employees are simply doing their jobs and should not be blamed or treated disrespectfully.
Special mention to the Indian supervisor—always smiling, helpful, and professional. Overall, a great team that deserves more respect and better support on the floor.”
