Store has a basic layout (ie. 70-80s Brewers Retail vibes). Never really busy in my experience. For returning empties, it works fine for me. Store is a bit small...if a few people returning empties ahead of you, you might be waiting a while and maybe outside too. The location @ Weston & Hwy 7 is far better and has more varieties of ? too.

Slowest bottle return ever! Only one employee working today and he decided to break down boxes and sort bottles in the back room while a lineup grew at the front!

Must be the worst run store I've been to. Rude, bad customer service and dirty. No pride in their store.Yesterday I went to drop off empties and one of the employees was standing behind the door not allowing me to enter because the person before me had a lot of returns. Very rude. Not even the decency to acknowledge me. I left and went elsewhere. Good thing Ford is taking the monopoly away from them. Maybe the service will improve with more competition.

2 december at 3.27 pm. The guy on cash counter was drunk. He did not even know what he was saying.I said 4 beer and he was charging me for 6. Can check camera footage too. Horrible service.

The cashier today was extremely rude and has bad customer service. Won't answer simple questions about what's in stock. If you don't like your job you should move on. Will not be returning.

Within close proximity, the Beer Store on Islington south of Hwy 7 is in a convenient location and usually has in stock what you are looking for.

Really bad attitude of employee his name is Christopher. He didn’t listen to te customers, when we asking for a kind of beer he all the time say we don’t have we don’t have.So rude to treat to a customer especially a woman.So bad experience

The parking lot lights have been out before Christmas. It’s very dark in the front of the store. Employees said management don’t care about it.

January 8th, 2023.To the gentleman today, awesome service!Awesome service especially since I got there at exactly 4:59pm,1min before closing.Thank you to the gentleman who helped me out today!Thank you for your help and being cool with everything, especially with it being closing time!Thank YOU for treating me, in the sameness as the rest of the staff, which is being really cool with my hearing and speaking impairments. Poorly managed location. Horrible wait every time I come here. 9 people in line with one employee working is sad. Management needs to get things together and hire a 2nd worker.
