They try to charge for unnecessary repairs, don't bring your car here for Safety Standards Certificate.My Tesla was out of warranty and I requested an inspection for a Safety Standards Certificate.This service center quoted me $7,500 for "necessary" repairs and would not pass safety on it.A day later another shop passed safety WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.Some ridiculous "necessary" repairs that stood out from the Tesla quote:- Our windshield had a 2mm chip, it was drilled and glued 4 years ago, hasn't grown since. This service center said I need to replace the ENTIRE windshield assembly to pass safety- Break pads are still 8mm on each wheel, they said all break pads need to be replaced. New break pads are ~10mm thick- Suspension bearings and bushings show hairline cracks. This is expected wear and tear but this service center said I need to replace all suspension links to make the car safe again

My recent visit to the Tesla service center left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite reaching out for assistance, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but they also displayed a shocking lack of knowledge about their own products. It’s evident that the service staff are ill-equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively.This experience has left me feeling alienated from the Tesla brand. I’ve never encountered such poor service quality before. It’s disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction, especially from a company known for its innovation and forward-thinking approach.I urge Tesla to take immediate action to improve their service standards and ensure that customers are treated with the respect and attention they deserve.

I own tesla for 10 years and was happy with car and service. I use to be in Mississauga and did not have any issues with servicing my Model S. Till I moved a bit north and start using Vaughan Tesla service center. So far I have issue every time I’ve been there. Some small, some not. For example, I scheduled appointment to fix handle bar. Confirmed that they have kit for permanent fix. As result they did not have requested parts and installed plastic parts that can break again as that did not have confirmed parts. After this repair plastic door panel is popping out every time I close door and I need to push it back. Seams they broke plastic pins and did not replaced it. After one of the appointments part of wheel liner is missing, now I need to buy it. After last appointment car started to vibrate. Tire center that I visited told me that rims are bended a bit. Like car was dropped. Today I came for scheduled upgrade just to find that they don’t have parts and i may need to come next time. And they forgot to order that missing part of liner. Its unprofessional and disappointing.

I came to the Tesla service 3 times because of the same problem. When I first arrived, they corrected the sound coming from my driver side window. After first service weird noises started to come from my window. When I went to the service again, the technician said to dig to lubricate from time to time. A beginner attitude as if making fun of it. The second and third reason I entered was because my trunk received water every rain and car wash. I last argued with a master technician. He told me that it is normal in these models, which are novice and careless again. If it wasn't for the last manager Jose, I think I would have to come a few more times. Tesla service is regret. I recommend that you urgently check the quality of a service.Never want to come again to this service.

Despite visiting the service center four times, I was consistently met by inexperienced staff who seemed oblivious to basic car issues. Despite explaining the problems with my vehicle, they showed little interest and were unable to resolve even simple issues. The quality of their work is appalling, and it’s clear they lack the competence to provide adequate service. This has been the worst service experience of my life, and it’s unacceptable. Tesla needs to address their service quality urgently.

I bought my car here at this location. Today Dec 27 is my first time here for service. My frunk has a leak. The staff that I met in service department were all very nice and pleasant. I don’t have their names. I was given a loaner car to drive home. However all the loaner cars were all dirty and not cleaned as I requested. This is absolutely unacceptable and it shouldn’t be happening at Tesla. Tesla loaners should be all cleaned and sanitized before giving to the next customer. I went to the washroom to grab a paper towel with water to clean the steering wheels and the seats and all the touched areas. One staff from sales came to me and ask me if I need any help. I told him I’m cleaning the loaners car because it was so dirty inside. He then directed me back to service dept and ask the staffs there if they can get the loaner cleaned. However they said they were short of staffs today. Ok, then I said I can still drive away after I wipe everything down with a paper towel. One other staff suddenly came in to join the conversation and he initiated he can help to clean and sanitize the car right away. He was very helpful. Although I have to wait a bit at the lounge, but the problem solved and I can drive the loaner home.At the lounge, there were some snacks, tea, water for customers waiting.I would have given 5 stars. But the loaner issue made me give a 4 stars.The sales staff needs a compliment. I didn’t get his name too. He tried to help me with the “dirty” loaner issue. I’ll try find out what his name and I’ll edit it here. He also gave my daughter a Tesla colouring book while we are waiting for the loaner car cleaned! ?Leak in my frunk was solved. I went home and checked. No more leak! I was happy and I can finally put stuffs in my frunk, yay ???
