I reached out to TD Images for a quote on a giant presentation cheque on a Friday afternoon, and I was super impressed with the quick and professional response. However, as soon as I paid the invoice required to put our presentation cheque in to production, TD Images completely ghosted me. They would not reply to my emails regarding estimated completion time, and they would not answer their phones (and their voicemail is always full). I sent a colleague to their location, and the rep was quite rude to her and told her it would be ready for pickup late Friday evening (a whole week later). We returned Monday morning to pick it up, and they were closed. No returned emails and no answered phone calls. I sent another colleague there on Tuesday afternoon, and our cheque was still not ready for pick up, and the employee had no idea what was going on. It was not until we got the owner's cellphone number that we received any sort of response. We were told it would be ready for pick up that evening. While we did finally pick it up on Wednesday morning, the lack of any customer service was appalling. Do not trust this business to deliver by any promised deadlines, and they will ghost you as soon as they have your money.

Not sure what happened with this company. Paid $500 for catalogue prints and they ghosted us. Numerous calls and emails went to nowhere. We used them in the past, where we had roll up banners printed. That experience was 10/10 I'm honestly just confused. They stopped responding, kept our money, and ignored refund requests. This was an expensive lesson

This is the best place to go especially for having stand up banner printed. Very genuine service, the guy made sure it was exactly what I was looking for and the style. Literally saved my day last month (my wedding reception banners). He also saved me for the seating arrangement board which he had printed in such a limited time(quality job). I’m going again today to have another stand up banner printed for my uncles anniversary! I’d recommend this place for all your printing needs hands down!
