We purchased a sofa from SMITTIES fine furniture it was Superstyle within a short period of time it started to fray and it was returned while it was recovered and within a year it was again fraying we where told they wouldnt stand behind the product

Great furniture buying experience…The styles, quality, designs, modern and traditional furniture options….best place❤️…never ever seen any better showroom then this? they cover a whole lot of varieties…I mean it was just perfect ?I would love to visit them again?

Been given bad information as to the status of my couch, been lied to, and as of 3 weeks after what I was told was the completion of my couch , I still don't have it and no one seems to know where it is....will NEVER ,do this again with this company.....period...finally got my couch, omg, peice missing that joins it together, 1 cushion not high density, no matter where you sit the couch creaks, arm at the end of couch not secure...poorly made all around, junk, soooo disappointed...this company should be ashamed
