The service and experience is on par with most bowling alleys. Unfortunately, pricing and per hour play put a damper on the experience. Before you can finish an entire round, time is up. Almost $20 a person for bowling and shoes is a bit much.

Nice bowling alley, clean as a bowling alley can be. Lanes are well kept, bowling balls as well.
The digital score boards with the different games you can play makes it fun for the kids.
The rail system is nice too for kids who are just learning.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The worst place to do bowling at, google says it's open till 12am, but the employee says it's open till 11pm and when we strated playing they started saying we are only allowed to play till 10:45pm, which makes no senseThe guy at the front desk need to be at the back where nobody can see him because he was very disrespectful, very unprofessional crew and they do not have a proper system, i would not recommend this place to anybody ever. Stay away from these people.

I’m beyond frustrated with my visit to this bowling station. The customer service was horrendous—staff were not just unhelpful but actually rude and dismissive. It completely ruined my experience. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually seem to care, go to the Richmond Hill location. It’s night and day in terms of both service and overall experience.

I took my son on a Saturday afternoon at around 7 PM the server I believe her name is Andrea told me that they would have a lane ready for me She gave me a buzzer I waited for over an hour and was not served or given a lane the The service that I received from the front desk was horrible I do NOT recommend anyone going to splitsville in Woodbridge if you I recommend asking for management to help, I would recommend going to the one in Richmond Hill they have poor service in front desk my son was so upset that we had to leave he was excited to play bowling due to The over 1 hour wait even the bartender told me that it is odd that I have to wait this long even the servers said the same thing I think you should reconsider who you have on front desk and who serves your paying customers that pay your rent and all of your stuff by coming to playing ball I will never come again period. HORRIBLE front desk service.

Great atmosphere, and clean lanes and seating area. The bar and pool/jitz tables upstairs are a good addition when not booked. Food is ok, portions are a little small, but I'll come for the wings.

I think this place is pretty fun but the wait times were a little long but it was a Saturday so it makes sense, I like the balls too ??
The price is okay and the arcade is alright too.

Great place to spend the afternoon with family or go out with friends for a night! I have been there a few times and have always had a great experience especially with its other amenities like it’s arcade and cafe.
