Worst experience at a Gas Station. I did not think it was possible.There was a $0.15 discount that was applicable for today (April 30th) and an additional discount for having an AirMiles and BMO account linked together at time of purchase.I went into the shop to ask how it worked, and the clerk told me to pay at the pump and the discount will apply. I paid for the gas and didn't see the additional discount applied and went back to speak with the clerk on site about it. She said a whole bunch of nonsense claiming we did not do it correctly when she had instructed us to pay at the pump. As everyone invovled was getting frustrated, i suggested a workaround; for her to refund the amount paid and recharge us for the amount pumped with the proper discount applied.She told us that she can't do that as we our money didn't go to Shell and that she would need a code from a manager and she didnt have it. Ridiculous. We called manager and spoke and he was just as useless.And so as we continued the back and forth; other patrons were coming in and we kindly moved aside so they can pay their correct amount and leave (the same intention as us), she (the clerk) then points at the fact that she has "other customers" and can not tend to us.Never would I imagine a poor experience with customer service at a GAS STATION. I did not expect any service at Gas Stations but this one was just ridiculous.

Washroom is a very basic thing a store should have. I had pain due to urinate but they said they cannot allow to a customer.

I usually don't rate places, but this place deserves a special mention. Their machines are messed up and owner is extremely rude. Shell should shut this place down. A true blemish on their name. This owner should not be allowed to talk to customers. Do not go there!

The worst shell ever. Their system doesn't work, every time I come here I loose so much time going from one station to another. This time I lost 15 minutes and at the end they tell me the payment system doesn't work. Never coming here again.
