This place never has the car wash working, every time you go for a service they are supposed to do a car wash but never happens. Something is always wrong with it. They are also supposed to give a ride close by but the system was down. Always have some kind of reasons

Nikki is a great service advisor. Better then hang other Cadillac service places I’ve ever been. She informed me of all the prices and told me what was covered with warrenty and what wasn’t. Highly recommend seeing either Nikki or Ruben.

I am buying Cadillac since 9 years from same dealership. This time It was my bigger mistake bought a vehicle from this dealership.
I give them try but worst dealership for Cadillac shopping. First the gave me hard time to replace my charging cord in warranty. This time i take my Lyriq 2024 to the dealership for service after 8 months. They didn’t inform me break service charges on brand new vehicles. Even when I dropped the car for service ask for service desk it’s covered in warranty and she said 170 and Upon pickup i got charged for 420$ for brand new vehicle break service with only Caliper change wow. Please make sure all service charges before drop your vehicle

I was very disappointed in my experience. I was booked in for maintenance oil change etc and to address a warning light that came on. My appointment was at 9:30. At 10:30, Nikita came to tell me that my car would not be ready that day as they had to order the part. They gave me a rental car and I would have to come back the next day to pick up my car. As I was driving home I received a phone call saying that the part that was required to repair the issue would not be in for a week. I would have to book another appointment to have that work completed. I was taken aback at this news. Why was my oil change not completed the day of my appointment so that I could take my own car home that same day? This caused me a serious inconvenience as I live an hour and a half away from the dealership. I lost a whole day of my time driving back and forth to the dealership. I am not happy.

Going to recommend ROY FOSS to all my friends and family.
To be honest iam very upset. The service diagnosed turbo needs replacement but the screen says emissions service. The screen also says max speed and allowed kilometers at that speed before reducing speed. Up to 100 km per hour it goes like a bat out of hell. So how is the turbo bad? I bought the equinox at your location from Peter. Excellent guy. I told him I wanted to buy 2 new vehicles but after this I will not. Just so you think iam just shooting off my mouth, I am the Unifor skilled trades rep for Aerospace. Which means I get the union deal for any GM, FORD OR CHRYSLER product. Ask Peter who I am. If I get treated like this and I know it's not the turbo, I was willing to get it fixed if the repair was logical. They reset the computer and still emissions service came up. If you want to chat with me feel free. I wanted to buy a xt4 or xt5 and a vette.

5 stars for the service department. I did an oil change, recall, replace some filters and very fair to say... they got the job done promptly and my service advisor Reuben and Amanoail were very welcoming, friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you to Roy Ross team , I appreciate the care for my vehicle !!!
