I absolutely LOVE everything about Ren's Pets. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative. The inventory is extremely diverse and inclusive. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Sales prices are even more attractive. The store is pet-friendly. They have a huge selection of pet gear at a variety of prices and uses. And they have a large selection of treatment products from flea & tick, to prebiotic & probiotic products. Ren's Pets is the best. I rate Ren's Pets 5 out of 5 mustaches. Tell'em that Uncle Carmine recommended you.

Don’t waste your time. Went here the other day and there was only ONE staff member. It was busy and I had to spend more than 30mins in the store for a purchase. Ridiculous. Won’t be here again. Customer service from Katia, was excellent. When asked where her other co workers were, I was told that they were in the back.

I like Ren's as it offers local brands like Pet Valu, but Ren's often has amazing deals so I like shopping with them. That being said, I had an unpleasant experience, and won't be coming back to this location. My dog has been having the same kind of kibbles for months, but she started having diarrahea after we opened a new bag. We had a similar experience before when she was a puppy - the bag of food was spoiled. I didn't want to further test it out by giving her the food a couple of more times like before - it resulted in multiple vet visits. When I tried to return the bag, the cashier was very condescending and sounded dissmisve. Quote "No, this bag is good. I know. It's not spoiled, but whatever, we will let you return. Why are you getting the same bag?? Are you sure it's not allergy?!" Made me feel that I was being an unreasonable and difficult customer to ask for an exchange of the same bag.

Made me feel really uncomfortable at cash with an unfriendly tone. Left feeling bullied. And waited a long time for them to eventually check me out, no one around. The other Ren’s Pets in Thornhill, is amazing, so much better than this location.

Great selection of various pet foods, treats, toys, medical, holistic, grooming products & clothing ect...They also have everything from kibble to gently cooked and raw foods. Everything you could possibly need for your fur baby. Their customer service has always been extremely helpful and educated on their products. Most importantly they have an easy no hassle return/exchange policy with your receipt of course. ??

Very knowledgeable with pet food information. I love this place because of the staff. Also because l can return food pets do not like and refuse to eat as long as 50% remains. Donated to animal shelters.
